Hi Roger I am sorry that the bed was uncomfortable for you. This is the first time I had a complaint about this in the entire time I have been in this business. Was there something wrong with the bed? I did not hear anything from you during your stay and cleaners did not say anything specifically about the bed. I am puzzled because I pride in everyone loving about the bed and sheets etc. etc. Please do notify me if something is wrong so we can fix it while you are staying with us.
