Spectacular 1-bedroom flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha, set in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped, with a swimming pool. It has fantastic sea views and is just 50 metres from the sandy beach.
Flat comprises: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a large living room with 1 sofa bed, cable TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture.

A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption charges (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.
