The bright open-concept living and dining area with rich hardwood floors highlights the stunning view. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need: a spacious king master suite with ensuite, queen guest room, main bathroom, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Add even more space by booking the self-contained one-bedroom suite—perfect for families. Ask us about availability and pricing!

Located just a 5-minute drive from the seaside village of Ganges, you can explore local galleries, restaurants, and the famous Salt Spring Market. Outdoor adventures await with many hiking trails, lakes, shorelines, and beaches nearby. Cusheon Lake and Price Beach are a five minute drive, and a local cidery and charming farm stands are just a short stroll away.

Please note: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, and partying is not tolerated. We ask that all guests respect our home and neighbors during their stay.

My husband and I rented this house for twelve nights in July. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, which was the fifth time we have stayed on the island. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen that includes a washer and a dryer in a closet by the back door, a living room, and a deck with a stunning view of tall trees and Ganges Harbour. We enjoyed watching the sunrise, the boats, the ferry, the float planes, the raptors, and the deer that visited in the evening. Everything was in good repair and clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The larger of the two bedrooms has a window air conditioner. (There is a ceiling fan in the living room and several floor fans if needed for circulation in summer afternoons when the windows are closed.) The kitchen was well stocked, and paper towels, toilet tissue, napkins, foil and plastic wrap, spices, soap, K-cups, tea bags, etc. were stocked. The house and neighborhood are quiet, even though the island’s main road, the Fulford-Ganges highway, is conveniently close. All access is on paved streets — no dust. A number of farm stands are scattered around the island. We shopped for produce, fresh eggs, and bread and baked goods at these unattended stands. (Be sure to stock up on loonies and toonies for coin boxes before you head out to explore!) Don't miss the Salt Spring Cheese Company, too. Karen and I exchanged a few email messages, and she always promptly replied.We would be very happy to return in the future!

The house was great. Simple, easy to use, with a great views from the deck and from inside. Our host Karen is a fantastic communicator. It was easy to get small questions answered. The house is really well equipped for summer living. We had everything we needed for cooking inside and outside. It was peaceful and quiet, lots of nature around us, plus clean air and pristine water. We’ll come back again.

Anniversary get away

Very enjoyable stay at this vacation rental. It’s roomy & clean with large picture windows to take in the beautiful views along Ganges Harbour & towards Mt. Baker & just a few minutes from Ganges. It is in a residential neighbourhood with a lower occupied suite but there’s still good privacy on the back deck. Sharon & Dan B

Lovely home well equipped with a gorgeous view

The home is exactly as described. It is about a 5 minute drive to Ganges, downtown Salt Spring. Perfectly close while also perfectly far enough away. I took elderly parents for 3 nights and they absolutely loved it. Very quiet and comfortable with amazing views

A wonderful stay

We had such a great time here. The pictures don’t do it justice - the views are incredible, and we miss sitting out on the terrace relaxing as the sun goes down watching the boats and turkey vultures. It is really well equipped with everything you’d need and very peaceful. Can’t wait to return!

Incredible location and Helpful hosts

This house is everything as described. Quiet area. Its always nice to stay somewhere that has nice dishes and cooking utensils. Its close to everything and the view from the deck or kitchen window is awesome. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

A great place, a great host

This is a very comfortable, fully-equipped property. The view is AMAZING. It is 5 minutes outside of Ganges, so everything is very conveniently located. In fact, it was less than 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to see. The host is a great with communication and accommodated our special request. Highly recommend it.

Location, location, location. We couldn't find a better spot on the island, the view and natural surroundings called us to this property. When here, our world slows down. We love the freedom we feel here, the natural beauty of the property and wonderful Salt Spring Island.
