1階のリビングエリアは、4人にとって非常に快適で望ましい空間を提供します。 エンターテイメントは50インチのスマートHDTVで提供されます。 メッシュネットワークは、プロパティ全体で可能な限り最大のwifi帯域幅を確保するためにインストールされ、無料で提供されます。 快適なソファは、主な時代のリビングルームにくつろぎの席を提供します。

食事の時間には、キッチン/ダイニングエリアから地中海スタイルの庭園を見下ろし、バース市内中心部の景色を眺めることができます。 キッチンには、コンロ、電気オーブン、食器洗い機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジ、換気扇、トースター、ケトルが完全装備されています。

1階には2つの静かなベッドルームがあり、広いウォークインシャワーエリア、強力なシャワー、洗面台、トイレを備えたモダンなシャワールームがあります。 2階の中二階にはクロークWCがあり、後部ドアから庭へと階段状にアクセスします。

その改修の一環として、床下暖房は、階下のシャワールームと効率的なラジエーターに取り付けられました。 必要に応じて2つのフロアを暖かくトーストにするが、一晩中は圧迫的ではない、完全自動の加熱回路があります。

Short City Break

We were a group of 4 looking for a short weekend break following 5 days meandering down the Kennett and Avon canal and the garden apartment was perfect. The location is fantastic being just 5-10 minute walk to the city and all it has to offer. Spacious and comfortable lounge area and the beds and bedding were so comfy. We had lovely weather whilst staying for 2 nights and made use of the terrace at the back which was a sun trap. We could also hear Robbie Williams from the terrace as he was in concert on the Friday and Saturday night. We managed to park right outside the apartment which was a godsend. Would recommend for anyone looking for a short stay in Bath.

Lovely apartment, excellent location.

Despite the property being spacious, clean and beautiful we probably wouldn’t stay here again.We could not fault the host for his excellent communication but almost regretted choosing this property over others when we were emailed a ‘Quiet policy’ within days of booking and then with days to go, we discovered that we needed to purchase a parking permit which added extra costs and was not clear at the time of booking. We would have chosen a similar property with an allocated parking space and in the same zone (and cheaper!).Reading the property manual before arrival was quite intimidating, in particular the charges for any stains on sheets or towels. The day after we arrived I received an email early in the morning reminding us about the recycling obligations and that a fine would be passed on to us if we didn’t recycle our rubbish correctly. To avoid any fine or confusion we took our rubbish home with us! We avoided cooking and used any kitchen equipment as little as possible.Not the most relaxing break with a teenager.We couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the apartment nor its location, we could walk into the centre within a couple of minutes.

three day trip to Bath

After 5 days in London we headed to Bath on our way up to Wales and this townhouse was the perfect spot from which to explore Bath and enjoy new years! The apartment is spacious, well appointed and very clean! We loved the Christmas tree that greated us! Super close to town, with in walking distance to all that Bath has to offer and convenient to the train station made this a perfect spot for our family as we didn’t have a car for this trip to the UK. We were able to Uber eats and get Uber car service easy from here. Beds were comfortable and we slept so well in this quiet home! Will definitely try to stay here again when back in town! Host is very responsive and helpful as well when texted.

Fantastic place to stay

We had an amazing few nights in this amazing property. Perfect location, great hosting - informative before and during stay. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable with fabulous amenities but with great character and charm. We will be back for sure.

Exceptional property close to the town centre , like being part of a Jame Austen novel

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Well equipped apartment in a prime area. The sun shone on breakfast on the terrace garden , perfect.

11 Southcot Place is an absolute gem providing luxury self catering accommodation within a Georgian Terrace win the heart of Bath. Have a peaceful & relaxing stay right in the centre of Bath and enjoy all that the city has to offer in easy walking distance. With close proximity to the train station, shops, restaurants, cafes and local attractions this is the perfect place to stay and make your base. The accommodation is a Grade II Listed Georgian maisonette situated on a very quiet street but less than 3 minutes walk from Bath Spa station and Bath city centre shops, restaurants and cafes. Both apartments have just been refurbished to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation arranged over 2 floors covering a very spacious 90m2 each.

Widcombe is a central area of the City of Bath. It is a thriving community with excellent facilities and services. On the south-eastern fringes of Bath city centre, the area is only 1 or 2 minutes walk from both Southcot Place and Bath Spa Train Station / Southgate Shopping Centre.. Expect a warm welcome from our local Widcombe traders. The Parade has loads to offer whatever your fancy. Come and visit. We are perfectly situated to enjoy the city of Bath, the surrounding countryside and all of the local attractions. If visiting for the first time – the must sees are the Roman Baths, No1 Royal Crescent, The Circus, Bath Abbey, Victoria Art Gallery, Holbourne Museum, the American museum and Bath Fashion Museum. There are lots of great places to eat. Our favourites are, the Garricks Head pub at the very centre of Bath, the King William Pub & Dining Rooms on London Road, The Hare & Hounds at the top of Landsdown Hill, The Marlborough Tavern at the end of Marlborough Buildings and the Pig just outside of Bath in Hunstrete. Notably the Scollopshell has just been named as Bath’s best Fish and Chips.
