Great flat with plenty of space for our family. Well equipped and in a fantastic location.Lots of steps to the top floor which we didn't have a problem with but some guests might.Very comfortable beds and thoughtfully planned fixtures and fittings. We had an issue with the change over but this was quickly resolved.

Outstanding location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in Bath. Very clean and comfortable flat. Great to have 2 full bathrooms.

We stayed for Jane Austen Festival. Really convenient to all activities. Great restaurants across the street or walking distance. Very easy walking from train. Felt very safe. Apartment was adorable. Very clean. Quiet. Have to walk up stairs so not appropriate for elderly/disability. 10/10 would stay again.

The apartment was great with everything we needed. However it was a bit of a challenge for my 80 year old mother to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Although this is mentioned on the description it should be made clearer, as should the fact that the apartment is not easily accessible by car. I found out through my own research about the car park in Charlotte St, I was then sent lots of useful information about the car parks and park and ride (which stops right outside the apartments, which wasn’t mentioned) the day before coming to Bath, it would have been very helpful to have this information sent to me on booking rather than the day before travelling.
