I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The condo was clean, had an adequate amount of towels and cookware, awesome beachfront views, easy beachfront access, short elevator wait times, etc. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future if it were an option.

Clean and convenient

The condo was nice, clean and perfect size for the 5 of us. The only issues we had was check in. Our codes were not correct, and had to go through the property security to get correct codes for parking gate and pool. Otherwise, we had a very nice time.

Location Awesome

Nice property awesome location within walking distance to Pier Park. I enjoyed my stay the condo was very spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is the TV didn't work in the master bedroom.

Location was good. Room was not clean, none of our codes worked, had to have the door battery replaced. Couch was stained up. Balcony curtains fell on me the day I tried to open them. It was an ok room, wouldn’t recommend to anyone just for the fact of it not being clean. Our feet were black the first hour of being there with no shoes on. Dust and spider webs by the shower.

Property was nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. Had a couple of issues while there. Did not provide code to parking garage and pools. Code in email was very old according to the security guard. Also, door to patio got stuck open. Then, we came back from eating and noticed a huge puddle of water in the kitchen. On the freezer, where the ice and water come out was leaking. All in all we had a good time. Would book again once things were repaired. It was beautiful!

Beautiful place to stay

We loved our stay. The washer worked but the dryer was broke. That is really the only complaint. We did notice that other condos came with a set of chairs on the beach. We rented ours for extra. There was lots of thing to do and places to eat super close by so we walked almost the whole time. Great stay overall.

Condo

Condo was as described. It was clean and in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the pier. Great view from the balcony of the beach. My only complaints:1. Fan in bedroom did not work2. We were not given the code to get into garage and the one on the parking pass was alphabetical not numerical. Luckily someone was behind us as we were trying to enter and they gave us their code.

Nice Condo on the beach

We’ve stayed at the Aqua Condos many times and they continues to be our favorite location to stay right on the beach at PCB. You can walk to Pier Park, to shopping and to food, plus Walmart and Target are both one block behind the Aqua. 606 condo was clean and well kept. It’s a one bedroom, 2 full baths plus a small area they call an Alco room with bunk beds. We would recommend this condo for your next trip to PCB. You’ll love the balcony to watch the sun rise and the sunset.

Amazing view!!

Condo was very nice. May have been in the middle of a remodel. The view was spectacular!! On 6th floor, perfect! Elevators sucked! One was always broken. And they were always busy! So it was a wait. But resort was nice! Beach service was expensive per day!

Great Property

I was very familiar with the property as I previously owned a condo at Aqua. The condo was fantastic as was the property. My only fail was that in addition to the code to enter the condo, there are codes for the garage, pool & fitness room. These codes were not relayed by the management company and Aqua desk will not assist with units managed by 3rd parties. Again - the property is fantastic but make sure you are relayed all codes in advance.

Slow elevators and amenities were lacking

I was not impressed with the property. The elevators were slow, the fitness room was lacking, the pools were too small for the number of people, the poolside snack bar left a lot to be desired. Southern Vacation rentals sent someone in our condo without out letting us know to fix the dishwasher (which he didn't even fix) after I told them not to send someone and that we would be fine without it. I was just letting them know it was broken.

Clean but needs attention

This property is clean but it needs some attention to detail. One lamp in the MBR doesn't work because it is completely missing a light bulb, the ice maker in the fridge does not dispense ice, the water dispenser leaks, the fridge filter needs replaced, there aren't any additional blankets or pillows, the TV in the MBR is not hooked up to cable, none of the TV's are smart TV's for Netflix, etc., the balcony has a small, uncomfortable table with 4 chairs, the door in the MBR leading to the balcony has a shade that is broken so you can't raise/lower the shade to actually use the door. It was fine for a long weekend but could definitely be more comfortable.

Not good

Ac, in the bedroom didn’t work well. Ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t work at all. Very dirty. Dish washer door falls when open and it skinned my shin. It’s certainly a hazard to children. The top of the refrigerator looked like it had never been cleaned. Just not good for the amount of money I spent. Master bedroom bed very hard.

Nasty room

The room was dirty. Nothing worked in the room. The worst condo I have ever stayed in. It doesn’t matter the trip is over and nothing will be done. I have been sick for years with a brain tumor and we had saved for our daughter’s graduation. We cleaned the room the best we could, but we couldn’t fix ceiling fans or blinds that wouldn’t come up or half the lights not working. We didn’t get our garage code until 10:00pm and we arrived at 4:00! It was so frustrating!

Great location but be advised...

This unit is managed by Southern Vacation Rentals. The Aqua is a great location and has the potential to be an amazing resort. Gorgeous beach and close to everything. Pro: location, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Everything you need in kitchen. Excellent view. Con: Wifi information was incorrect. Took 2 days to get the issue resolved. We were told to find the router and reset. It was under lock and key. Then found out there is a central system and we should be using different info to log on. Communication with management didn't help. Pools are freezing. Do not come in winter if you hope to swim. They are listed as heated. They are not. Found out after registering the pools are only heated 10 degrees above air temp. It dips into 40s at night so they were not at all heated. The hot tub wasn't working so had floaters in it. I want to recommend the Aqua and this unit but these issues need to be resolved.

BE AWARE

Where do I even begin?! I guess I’ll start from the beginning… I paid an extra 60 for a check in arrival time of 1:00 pm. I read previous reviews that stated they had an issue with their codes not working. I paid the 50 for the parking pass and never saw the gate code in any of the paperwork. I texted the customer service and asked for the gate code when we were about 4 hours away. They sent me a code. No big deal. That is until we arrived. The code they gave for the parking garage would not work. I was holding up traffic but couldn’t get turned around. Thankfully an employee came over and helped. He provided me with the correct gate code and advised the code they gave me was for the basement which was parking for cleaners/workers. We get parked, and unload our stuff then head to our room. The door code included in the packet did not work. After finally getting ahold of a representative, they corrected the issue. When we arrived the floors were disgusting.we were getting ready to head to the pool and my kids shoes were off just long enough to get dressed and they were completely BLACK. There was mildew in the main master shower and mildew on the shower curtain in the hall bathroom. The curtains in the living room are sheer so as soon as the sun rises you are blinded by the light if sleeping on the pull out sofa. The bunk room has been worn out. Furniture was chipped and scratched. Elevators at the condos were awful. Parking garage stayed full. We had to park at the hotel ne
