Indulge in true beachfront luxury in this fully furnished, contemporary-style Aqua condominium on the second floor, featuring 1,017 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space. The unit includes a master bedroom, two bathrooms, and a versatile bonus room, perfect for families or additional guests.

Located directly above the high-tech Health & Fitness Center, which features a steam room and spa treatments, this second-floor residence offers quick stair access to the pool, café, and beach—ideal for those who prefer to avoid elevator waits.

Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views and spectacular western sunsets from your private west-end terrace or the master bedroom with full-length windows. At night, relax to the soothing sounds of the surf while watching the softly lit fishing pier in front of Pier Park.

Operation Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days/week

Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation ($55 per vehicle/stay). Vehicles must be registered at the time of purchase. Passes may be printed in advance via the Aqua Parking website or obtained at the 3rd-floor kiosk across the Skybridge (convenience fee applies).

I would definitely rent this condo again, very clean, super comfy master bed, nice hand shower in master bath, good working all appliances, no carpet. Definite plus to have beach chairs and umbrella included. Thank you!

We love The Aqua!!

Our stay was perfect. This condo has all the amenities you will need. We love the garage parking and the beach chairs and umbrella was a great added bonus!! The beds were very comfy as well!! We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and fully stocked with everything we could need. The host made the check in process easy and checked on us throughout our stay. The resort was clean and staff was friendly. Location is convenient to many local favorites. The included beach chairs were a great amenity!

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was beautiful! It was updated and had a nice lay out. It was an end unit, well located. The condo was clean as well as the property, Aqua Condominiums. The pool areas were kept well manicured and clean. Everyone was friendly. We don’t have a single complaint. We would definitely stay here again!!

The rooms are always clean. The staff is always available to answer any questions. The room we had this year Room 0210 was equipped with sand toys, beach chairs, card games. It was great!! We love being right across the street from Shuckums--our favorite restaurant plus the souvenir store is so handy. We love Aqua!! Great vacation!!

Great room with a beautiful view on 2nd floor next to staircase. Came in handy all week as elevators were busy. Cute room and had everything we needed. Mattress on bottom bunk bed is thin, so daughter slept on couch, not a big deal. A great place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: too many issues with this unit this time. Brokeen curtain rod should have been handled before we got the unit. Guys came to temp fix and then keep wanting to comes back and were supposed to that Monday and we stayed in but they did not so after that I said fix after we check out. The dryer quit working. The TV system not hooked up right at all. had to call our son to walk us thru that. Then we were asked twice to show the unit while we were in it because for sale. We were given some hard luck story about a realtor from Atlant that was only there that day. Too bad, I am on vacation people. Show the unit on Saturdays between check ins or something. The bgathroom set up in this end unit very very bizarre. The toilet is behind the door and pain the butt. Not enough dishes. I will stay at Aqua again because we like it but not in this unit EVER nor would I recommend this unit unless it got some serious attention.

Good spaces throughout, updated kitchen with higher quality equipment helped provide more options. Wasn't sure I'd like a second floor unit but all things considered it was a good call. Note: construction of new hotel to the immediate west of the building would not appeal to late risers. Timing of a visit to Panama City Beach is important, depending on what you're looking for. We hit a nice window of post-spring break with tremendous weather. Only hitch: a Harley event we didn't realize would turn the adjoining street into a engine-revving, radio-blasting experience. But the waves are also nice and loud.

The sitting furniture isn't very comfortable and the sofa bed mattress is in bad shape. Our grandson slept on it one night and he said it was very uncomfortable. If he stayed with us another night we would have to use the blowup mattress. The Master Bedroom was good and the bunk beds worked well for our young boys. Overall it was a great place to stay....just replace your couch and chairs.

Only negative was couch was very uncomfortable at the ends. Place was kept up nice. Was ready a couple hours early, so we enjoyed ourselves in the pool and unpacked. Amenities at resort are very nice. Would recommend to anyone with a family. The indoor plus was great as the outdoor pools were cold. Close to Shuckums restaurant, which we walked to a couple of times.
