The apartment is located in a wonderful position in the heart of Venice behind St. Mark Square, really close to the major touristic sites.



The flat preserves the typical venetian floor but it is completely renovated. It is perfect for a couple with kids.



There is a big and bright living room with sofa, a modern kitchen well equipped, one double bedroom, two bathrooms. It is furnished with everything you need for your stay: air conditioning, sheets and towels, WI-FI and TV.



All around you will find the most attractive sites of the city: San Mark Square, Correr Museum, La Fenice Theatre, Scala Contarini del Bovolo and the Giardini Reali.



In 5 minutes by foot you arrive at Rialto Bridge and if you like to enjoy the aperitif tradition you can drink “spritz” in one of the \"bacardi\" nearby or you will find restaurants, cafes, boutiques, to spend your time at best.



To reach the islands of Venice and the other parts of the city you will find a lot of vaporetto stops (a public boat transportation) along the Grand Canal.



We will be glad to assist you.

Great Location and very easy to communicate with the owner/manager. They do a nice job accommodating individual travel requests.

The property was just as described. It is located in a most excellent location! Thomas was quick to respond to all questions and an incident with the door lock.

Great Location and Apartment

Everything was wonderful with the location, apartment and communication with the host. The only thing that I would recommend is getting the emergency key /lock box code from the host before arriving as neither the online check in code, phone number to unlock or apartment door access code was working. It all turned out fine as I emailed the host while standing in the alley way and did receive a prompt reply (on a Saturday evening) with the emergency lock box code which had keys to both doors. We loved the place and I would definitely rent it again when in Venice.

Great apartment in a fabulous location

The location is terrific with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is about 2 minutes from St Mark’s and less than 10 to Rialto. The directions to the apartment (with pictures!!!) were perfect. The check-in instructions give a code and then you confirm on your phone and the door opens. Super easy!! The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd to those from the US). The apartment looks just like the online pictures. Having a second bathroom was really nice! The only negative was the mattress. It is hard with some very firm lumps (coils??) in multiple places, making it uncomfortable. Having the option of a couple softer pillows would be nice as well. It’s a nice apartment!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, fast direkt am Markusplatz. Die Anreise ausführlich beschrieben. Das Apartment ist in Ordnung, die Küchenausstattung übersichtlich.. Für Kleidung 2 kleine Nachttisch- Kommoden und eine offene Ablage sowie eine Kleiderstange mit vielen Bügeln im Kleiderschrank. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und ein Bügeleisen. Der Vermieter antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten.

Two nights in Venice

The location is perfect and provided a comfortable place for two days. The only suggestion I would make is that small bars of soap, facial tissues, and small bottles of water for the guests would make for more comfort. We enjoyed our stay!
