Great location, very clean and safe
I really like the view, the ease of getting on the water bus and having a washing machine for laundry. No dryer but wall heater in bathroom dried clothes nicely. There is a large metal gate to step over to keep out water intrusion. It is approximately 18 inches high and was no problem for me to step over but other people with mobility issues may have not been able to utilize this property. I don’t thing this was disclosed in description. There is a large entryway to a few properties that you go through to get to your property. It did not have any working lighting. A bulb may be out. There was a porch light near door but no way to turn it on. The trash system was confusing and the booklet about the property does not do a good job of explaining where to take trash. I had to find it myself online. There is a YouTube video that shows how to use the Italian compact whirlpool washing machine. I was able to find it by searching but would have been helpful to include. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. No cooking staples like salt or oil.
