Tranquil Apartment on a Canal

Excellent location in Dorsoduro, close to Campo San Barnaba, quiet, walkable to major sites, good communication with owner and manager. This was our second stay.

Excellent apartment!

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It was perfect and convenient for my 3-night stay in Venice — I only wish I could have stayed longer! Isabella is a great owner and wonderful host, very responsive, and was easy to work with. I would stay here again without question!

All was well. Not much view of the sea for an average height person, mmm unless you would stand up on a chair. And too many steps for us.

A Quiet Byway

The property is located on a charming little canal in a quiet block some eight minutes from the Campo San Barnaba, in Dorsoduro. . .. The spotless apartment, featuring modern furniture and decor, easily accommodates two guests. Two small balconies over the sidewalk offer photo opportunities. A highly regarded restaurant stands next door.

Outstanding Apartment

This was an amazing place to stay! First and foremost the property was extremely clean and beautiful. Secondly the location was perfect, just outside the busy tourist area but close enough to the main attractions you can easily walk too them. Isabella was a very responsive and gracious host!! Warning, don’t make the mistake I made by plugging the address into google maps because it will not take you the right place LOL 😂. Instead, use the restaurant next door and google maps will take you straight there. We will definitely rent this apartment again!

Lovely apartment with perfect location

The apartment was very comfortable, updated amenities, and location was perfect for us. Easy access to everything but tucked away from heavy tourist traffic. Easy access to vaporetta, supermarket, restaurants and an amazing carry out pizzeria around the corner. Open the doors to the juliette balcony and watch gondolas drift by on the quiet, picturesque canal below. Easy 20 minute walk to St Marks. Isabella was wonderfully attentive and helpful. Easy entry, clean and well appointed. Apartment does not have a washer so just pack a few more items if a lengthy stay. We will definitely return and recommend!

Excellent apartment in prime location

We loved this spaciousness and light-filled apartment. It's in a prime location. The kitchen is minimal but suited us fine. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable. Hope to return in the future!

Everything about this property is perfect. Location is exactly what we wanted, close to everything but on a beautiful quiet canal with an occasional gondola going by just to remind you that you are in Venice.

Canal view apartment in pictureseque Venice neighborhood

This apartment was located in a quiet, lovely Dorsoduro neighborhood. The living room had 2 Juliette balconies overlooking a small canal, where the occasional gondola would go by. The spacious apartment was only one flight up, with modern conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave and well-appointed bathroom. It was easy to get there from the airport as it was a short walk from the Ca Rezzonico stop of the Alilaguna Orange line. Local stores were nearby, including a supermarket, drug store and gelato shop. This apartment offers the best of both worlds-a short walk to the key sites of Venice, as well as a peaceful retreat to rest up after you have walked all over the city. Highly recommend!

Best of Venice

Isabella's apartment is incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed coming back to the apartment after being out and about everyday. Isabella was incredibly easy to communicate with from the reservation to easiest ways to get around Venice. I cannot recommend this location enough...easy walking distance to everything, quiet and away from the congested tourist areas, and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. If I ever make it back to Venice I will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for two

Newly refurbished one bedroom one, reception flat overlooking picture perfect Romite canal in the heart of Dorsoduro equidistant from Zattere, Ca Rezzonica, and Accadamia vaporetto stops. A very small kitchen with 2 ring induction hob, microwave but no oven. Perfect for breakfasts and light meals. That said, we managed to cook a turbot from the Rialto market so can get by. A fantastic Venice base for a couple.

Loved Our Stay!

The property was perfect! The location was great, the view was beautiful and everything was exactly as pictured. We loved opening the windows and watching the gondolas going by. We even enjoyed a few serenades! The restaurants in the square a few "blocks" away were fantastic and the wine shop was superb. Isabella was very proactive in her communications with us which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment on a quiet canal

This apartment is lovely ,modern, and clean. It overlooks a serene canal. We had the best of both worlds. It is located within a convenient walking distance from St. Mark’s Square but on a quiet canal without the touristy feel. Additionally, great pizza, gelato, and cappuccino are close by. Gabriella is a wonderful host. We arrived extremely late because our flight was delayed and she quickly responded to text messages requesting information. She is a patient and kind hostess.

We spent a comfortable week in this quiet new, we’ll-equipped apartment. Close to the highlights and near some great restaurants without the tourist press. We recommend it highly! The only thing missing is a chef knife.
