There was no hot water for the shower. I immediately messaged the host and she brought in a tech the next day to look at it. The tech did not even check the shower temperature. He turned on the sink felt the water and said there is hot water I don’t know what you are talking about. I tried to explain but he would not listen to me, so he left. I messaged the host that he didn’t do anything and she did not respond. The next day, the water was cold again, so I messaged her and again she did not respond. Then I asked the host if there was laundry detergent for the washer and she wrote to me yes I will bring it for you. Then the next day I texted her again saying I also need toilet paper. She responded saying she will not refill the toilet paper or bring the laundry detergent because this is not a hotel. The host should have clearly stated that she will not refill the toilet paper because in the description of the unit it said toilet paper is included. Also, the host should not have told me she was bringing me laundry detergent and then say no the next day. Communication was very poor in this situation. I have proof through messages of everything.
