Wonderful location in the heart of the city. Eva was a wonderful host. She met us at the property and even brought her friend who acted as interpreter. Looking forward to coming back. Every amenities you need. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very homely. So close to everything, beaches,bars restaurants and shops

Een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw is Eva. Eva reageert bijzonder snel op vragen en vraagt regelmatig of alles naar wens is en geeft bruikbare tips. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien zelfs toiletartikelen zoals shampoo , douchezeep was volop aanwezig. Dit appartement is ons zeer goed bevallen. Wonderful!

Eva's apartment is clean, comfortable, and makes a wonderful base from which to enjoy Alicante. The apartment feels much more like a proper home than so many of the places we've stayed over the years. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen has all you'll need if you prefer to cook for yourself rather than going out. And the large balcony space is lovely for sitting out and enjoying the sun. The location is great -- five minutes walk to the seafront and only a little more to the centre of the city. Eva was a great host: friendly, helpful, and always prompt in communication. Having a late afternoon flight home, we really appreciated her allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment and indeed to check out a little later than specified. Thank you, Eva -- we hope to return!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Tiefengaragenstellplatz war für unser Auto (VW Golf) ausreichend groß. Die Dachterrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Eva war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Lovely, neat, well located family apartment

Very nice genuine people, Eva and Roberto. Perfect apartment for location in quiet street. Safe area for walking and great transport links. Local amenities...many shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Apartment itself is a beautiful family home, perfectly laid out with all necessary amenities and a peaceful terrace.

Erstklassig und sehr zu empfehlen!!

Absolut zentrale, aber ruhige Lage. Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Betten sind gut. Das Innenmobiliar ist von hoher Güte. Das Aussenmobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zustellbett ist leider eher eine "Notliege" wurde aber auch nicht benötigt. Ein außerordenlicher, zuvorkommender Service durch die Vermieter (Eva & Roberto) - alle Anfragen und Wünsche wurden sofort zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst und erledigt. Wonderful, clean penthouse apartment in Alicante

This was a wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Eva, despite our very limited Spanish, was a warm and gracious host. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. The showers had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The air conditioning worked well. There is plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. There is a nice balcony. The neighborhood is safe and full of shops and restaurants. The building is quiet and secure with secure parking in the underground garage. You can walk to everything you want to see in Alicante (the castle, the beach, the old town, the esplande, the rambla, etc.). We highly recommend this apartment. If we ever return to Alicante, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice flat in the city center

Nice 4 bedroom apartement.very close to restaurants and 10 min. Walk to the beach. It has a nice terrasse with sun almost all day.kitchen is well equipt with whatever meed for making your own food if needed. Host was very friendly and helped us out with the few questions we had. Good and safe parking in the basement. Will return!! 👍👍

Rummelig feriebolig med god beliggenhed og dårlig udsigt. Badeforhold i det ene badeværelse virkede stort set ikke. Positiv udlejer, dog uden noget som helst kendskab til engelsk, en stor mangel, når man befinder sig i Turistland. Sønnen kunne lidt. Det gælder for i øvrigt alle spaniere! Fuld tilfredshed hos lejer ved aflevering, så jeg forventer depositum fratrukket det indbetalte beløb.
