This is a private APARTMENT that is the 1st level of the three-level 5,500 ft2 home. The owners live in the 2 levels above the apartment. It has its own entrance and is totally separated from the balance of the home. The apartment is 1,700 ft2.
The setting provides a feeling of being away from it all, yet you can get to downtown Nashville in 25 to 30 minutes.
The private 1st level of the home has floor to ceiling French windows with panoramic views of giant oaks, turkeys, birds & deer. Over 1,700 ft2 of living space with pool table, table tennis & Yamaha Keyboard. All seating in the great room reclines for comfortable relaxation by a wood stove. There is a large bedroom that has a King bed with designer fabrics & a sofa, with a walk-in closet. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, & There is a Queen bed in the recreation area. We are only minutes to downtown Nashville where antique shops, restaurants, & wineries abound. We are 19 miles away from the Grand Ole Opry & other attractions are nearby as well.
We have a beautiful pond with four waterfalls with a delightful sound of water. There you will also find a flagstone patio with an umbrella table with four chairs as well as two Adirondack style chairs.
There is a large private patio area with abundant seating that includes a patio table with 4 chairs, 2 sky chairs, a Teakwood two seat swing where you can enjoy the beautiful setting and views of nature. There is also a propane grill for your barbequing pleasure.
There are two TV's, a 55" and 40" flat screen, and a DVR in the living room. We also have Netflix. High speed internet - 50mbps WiFi & Ethernet.

The home is located on 5 acres with a beautiful hillside setting. We also have a long hillside paved driveway that has a flat section where you can walk for exercise. Additionally, within walking distance, a few minutes from the home, there is a beautiful lake and other awesome scenes that include horses., and a barn. there is also a new walking park about two miles east of our home.

Breathtaking view and scenery. We felt like we were in a tree house! Very nice accommodations, with nature all around, yet very close drive to everything. Would definitely stay again! Host communication was great.

Beautiful place to stay for our short trip to visit friends and see a band in Nashville. Enjoyed sitting by the pond in the mornings, enjoying a cup of coffee and a book. Loved watching the birds feed from the many birds feeders and deer that would show up each morning. Beds were comfortable and the pool table was a fun addition that we enjoyed. Would stay here again.

Very beautiful views with alot to offer in terms of privacy and overall views. Alot of wildlife and critters to so definitely make sure to keep doors and windows closer more often

It was a beautiful setting to relax watching all the wildlife up close. Host was not on the premises, but we had excellent communication during our stay. Highly recommend if you need some down time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

If you want to feel at home away from home in a quiet comfortable very pretty property this is it! Enjoy the swing out on the front porch watching the the fountain spraying over a two-tier pond with three waterfalls,lit up at night, it’s so nice. Plenty of gentle roaming wildlife that comes almost right up to the porch . Beautiful roses and flowers decorated throughout the property in and out of the home. Very friendly and great communication with your host. I cannot think of anything that you might need for cooking in the kitchen nor your personal care that is not supplied there as well, Ample toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, tea, washer, dryer, just so much that they supplied for you. And you certainly will not feel cramped here. Nice open floor plan yet a very large, pretty master bedroom and a pool table and ping-pong table for your enjoyment. So you can rest and relax unless you want to get out and drive to so many different adventures or scenic exploring, or go party in downtown Nashville, if that’s your thing , it’s very conveniently located. I highly recommend.

Simple beautiful, tranquil property with absolutely amazing friendly helpful hosts. Very comfortable beds, coffee provided, nice spacious accommodation with a lovely country feel. We enjoyed shooting pool, and relaxing by the fountain. And the wildlife, deer, birds, chipmunks were fun to watch 100% highly recommended

The deer and squirrels in the yard were the highlight of our stay! House is in a beautiful location, 10-15 minutes away from down town Nashville, but off the beaten path where you find beautiful wildlife. Our 17 year old loved the ping ping and pool table. We loved our stay and would visit again in a heartbeat!

My wife was born in Atlanta, GA and was a "Military Brat" and has travelled and lived all over the world. We have chosen and love living the rest of our lives here in beautiful Nashville. We still travel all over Europe and our beautiful United States of America. We have found a new love, hosting and helping people fall in love with Nashville.

It is a large private space with Gatlinburg views at our home and beauty all around. There are ample opportunities to view wildlife yet you are very close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown Nashville.
Along with attractive furniture and décor, you also have a pool table and a ping pong table.
In addition to the large interior space, you have a table and chairs and a swing on the large patio area.
Immediately below the patio area, is a beautifully landscaped pond with 4 waterfalls and another patio area with seating for 6.
