The Space:

The villa is split over two levels, with one bedroom on the lowest level and four bedrooms on the main level.



The property is entered on the lowest level, which features a gym and one bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, as well as air-conditioning.



The second level houses the living spaces, kitchen and remaining four bedrooms. A contemporary-chic lounge with wood burning fireplace has comfortable couches and a large flat screen television connects effortlessly with the dining area, which features an eight-seater dining table. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. A separate scullery has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

If there is a major electrical failure then the Inverter System can run for about 8-10 hours depending on how many lights and plugs are used.
