The property is as described and is so very quaint and cozy! Our host was very accommodating and met us on site to check us in and ensure we were settled. They gave us a great recommendation to a nearby neighborhood restaurant, da Lucia, for lunch that was so very delicious! All in all, this was a favorite stay for us. Easy walking to nearby restaurants, taxi stand, bus stop and more.

The communication and adjustment to our check in was the best ever! The location is highly walkable. Andrea was SO responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again! The beds are on raised platforms and could present head bumping and stair balance challenges with the ceiling for those with unsteady feet or over 6ft. I loved it...it was like my childhood treehouse!!

Lovely loft and perfectly situated in the heart of Trastevere. It was a bit difficult to find the first day, but very walkable after we found the location. Many nearby restaurants.

Was charged a tourist tax per person in cash when I arrived for check-in with no prior awareness this would happen (above and beyond the fees already paid through VRBO). The place was dirty, stinky, moldy and very loud. My family and I hardly got any sleep the one night we stayed. The pictures online were deceiving. Aside from the actual place, the location in Rome was nice.

This ground floor property has lots of style points! Great location close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Property was clean, but could use some maintenance. Loose railing up to the loft was a little scary. The loft bedrooms were cool, even with ceilings less than 5 feet tall. Really fun stay, but not for folks with physical disabilities or needing accommodations.

Trastevere is a good area to stay in Rome, and this apartment is well situated, making many attractions easily walkable. Guests should be very comfortable with stairs and low ceilings in the loft bed areas, which are approximately four feet high. The older door locks were also somewhat difficult to navigate. Mixed reviews on the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness could have been improved.

Wonderful apartment in Trastevere

Pick this apartment for an outstanding authentic experience in Rome. We love the winding alleys of Trastevere and this rental was right in the heart of it, nearby multiple eating and drinking establishments. Can’t wait to return!

Shorties for the Loft

It’s a wonderful beautiful place! We absolutely loved it. The ceiling in second loft is very low, but we are only 5’ so it was ok, but be careful. Also be careful on front loft, railing is a little rickety.
