Everything was clean and bright. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Excellent location! We were able to walk to a most of the popular sites including the train station.

Centrally located with a spacious living room. Stairs a minor complication for moving luggage in and out, but entirely manageable for the able-bodied. Alessandro helpful with check in.

Super convenient to all things (attractions, shopping, and dining). Our only complaint was that we were given very little toilet paper considering there were four of us. Only really one bathroom shower usable. The other two showers were really tiny and no counter space except for one bathroom. Tons of stairs so maybe not the most suitable for littles.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The two-bedroom, three-bathroom layout provided plenty of space. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was seamless.The location truly couldn't have been better—we were right in the heart of Rome and able to easily navigate the city. Our host was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit.The only thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs to climb. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it is something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!

If you want to be in the center of action in Rome this is a great choice. You are a short walk from most of major attractions and there are plenty of walkable shops and restaurants. The host communication and support was really good. There are a lot of stairs but host was up front and we knew what we were getting into. Only minor complaint was walls were a bit thin with neighbors but overall was a great location to enjoy Rome from.

Great spot with easy access to everything! The only tricky part is the stairs—there are about 80 of them, which can be tough if you’ve got a lot of luggage. The hosts were super accommodating and easy to work with.

Absolutely fantastic location. Close to everything downtown and apartment is clean and well maintained. Do expect to climb a lot of stairs but the location makes it all worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Rome trip

Getting into Rome took us more time than planned but communication was great with the property manager. The location was perfect. 15 minutes from everything you would want to see in Rome. The Vatican was a bit further but still easy to get to.

Great location!

We had a great stay at Francesca’s property! The location was perfect for us, very central to most monuments/attractions and we really enjoyed the view of piazza Venezia! The host and check-in agent were helpful and responsive and ensured we had a great stay.

The place is close to so many historic landmarks. Definitely the highlight and the view was beautiful. As expected in Italy, lots of steps to get in and out of. The inside was spacious especially for kids. The bunk beds are single mattresses with the top bunk not the safest for smaller kids having no guardrail. We had to use both pull out couches which were not comfortable at all. For the location and the extra space, I rate 5 stars.

I can honestly say that booking this apartment was a major mistake.To be fair, the host was friendly, responsive, and provided useful information. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. Unfortunately, those positives did not make up for the serious issues we experienced.The apartment was not clean. The bedsheets had human hair on them despite claims that they had been washed, and the towels were also unclean. This immediately made the stay uncomfortable for my family.The internet situation was extremely disappointing. The listing mentioned two Wi-Fi networks, but only one appeared, and it did not work at all. I reported the issue on the first day of my stay, but nothing was fixed, and we were simply left without internet for the rest of the trip. I had to rely on expensive roaming data to complete work that required a stable connection.Another important detail missing from the listing is that the apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator. Reaching it required climbing around 80 steps every time, which was very difficult with luggage and for a family of five.The bathroom amenities were also insufficient for a family our size.Overall, despite the great location and friendly host, the lack of cleanliness, unusable internet, and difficult access had a major negative impact on our stay.

Regarding cleanliness, I take this matter very seriously and have already addressed it with the cleaning team to ensure higher standards and more careful inspections moving forward. I also understand how frustrating the Wi-Fi situation must have been, particularly since you needed a reliable connection for work. Unfortunately, the issue depended on the internet provider and, despite efforts to resolve it during your stay, the interruption could not be fixed in time. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. I also appreciate your comments about the stairs and bathroom supplies. The building does not have an elevator, and this information is included in the listing description, though I understand it can still be challenging for families and guests with luggage. As a self-catering apartment, bathroom supplies are not provided beyond the initial essentials. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Comments like yours help identify areas where improvements are needed, and I will use them to improve the experience for future guests.

The property is in a fantastic location! The apartment is very modern and clean, you can tell it was very recently updated renovated. Only issue was some noise, which I guess is to be expected when you are in the heart of Rome.

Very nice

Nice clean apartment. Very centrally located. Management professional and helpful. Would recommend but as mentioned this is only for travelers who can climb the 4 flights of stairs up. Beyond that clean great light and responsive owners. We enjoyed our stay.

The check-in was very easy. We used the app to enter our information required by Italian law. Then, the rental company message via VRBO to have use connect directly with someone who let us in. Jacopo showed us the apartment. He also helped arrange for transportation to the port. The apartment is clean. The kitchen is functional. There are markets nearby for some staple items as well as. The refrigerator is spacious enough to hold leftovers and chill bottles of wine. The water pressure is strong and can get very hot.

Awesome location but a lot of steps

The location was fabulous and the property was clean. The part missing from the online detail was that there were 82 steps to the 4th floor and there wasn’t an elevator. There were three bathrooms but two were very tiny. The view was great and we had front row seats for the Republic Day parade.
