The ground floor property of a newly built building has a large patio / terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and a private parking space. Perfect place for couples or small families who want a beach holiday, without wanting to give up any comfort.

The two-room apartment, tastefully furnished in modern style, consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a laundry room with washing machine and sink, a complete bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a French bed and a large patio equipped.
The property is on the ground floor of a house that has been recently built, has a large patio / terrace that is furnished with outdoor furniture and private parking. This is an ideal place to stay for couples or a small family who want a holiday by the sea without having to sacrifice on any creature comforts.

This two-room apartment which is tastefully furnished in a modern style, comprises of a living room with a kitchen area and a double sofa bed, a laundry room with a washing machine and sink, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom with a French bed and a large well-equipped terrace.

Cefalu VRBO

Great location to the beach, restaurants and the city tourist stuff. Think of this as an efficiency apartment. You will need to go to the grocery store to get toilet paper, instant coffee, snacks, etc. We had one towel that was to last us 4 days. Has washing machine, but no dryer. $2 per person, per day city tax that has to be paid at the end as well that wasn’t a problem, but we didn’t know about. Very clean and came with a parking spot since we drove. Definitely would rent again, but now know what is needed.

This is a nice flat in an excellent location, and with a parking space immediately outside, very valuable in Cefalu. It is essentially 2 rooms with a good-sized terrace at the back, and an open gated area in front with a little utility room. The only criticism we had was of the kitchen, which, although very smart and with a full stove, had no electric sockets at the level of the work surface. There was an electric kettle and a toaster, but nowhere to plug them in, except at almost floor level by the main door. Its central position, ideally placed between shopping streets and the seafront promenade, and very close to the old town, makes up for this, though.

Logement agréable avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Idéalement placé, à 2mn à pied de la plage et 5 mn à pied du centre historique.La place de parking de l appartement est un vrai plus

Un accès direct à la plage en 1min

Merci à Domenico pour son accueil et toutes ces bonnes explications. Un très agréable séjour dans un appartement avec une terrasse à l'ombre et un parking privé juste devant fort appréciable.

Appartement calme à coté de la plage

appartement au calme très bien situé (2min plage)avec parking et terrasse très appréciable.Les lits sont confortables mais de l eau fraiche et quelques ingrédients comme sucre ,café,sel ,poivre seraient les bienvenus....
