Wonderful Condo

Nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable memory foam bed. Plenty of space to relax. Outstanding view overlooking the gulf. No issues at all. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway to the beach

We booked for the weekend and everything was as expected. This is our third stay at the Pelican. Would recommend for a getaway or family vacation.

Wonderful stay

The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Our boys loved the bunk beds with the TVs and our King size bed was very comfortable. The view was perfect from our balcony and we were able to see dolphins on our last morning there. So many great restaurants and stores within a mile or 2 of Pelican Beach, so we never had to venture far. Our boys, 8 and 10, swam in every pool and had the best time! We will most definitely be back!

Vacation Destin

Wonderful location clean and great views for Sunrise and Sunset. Great communication with Host. Pool areas were wonderful. Beautiful beaches and great restaurant I would recommend Merlins pizza and the fresh seafood at Blalocks. Fun day at Destin Harbor.

Wonderful stay!!

The condo is as pictured - comfy with a beautiful view. Tufan was very responsive to my questions and feedback. We loved being able to walk downstairs and be out on the beach, and the condo is close to the Harborwalk, restaurants, the Ice Cream Shoppe, and other shopping. Definitely recommend!!!

Great view

My family went away for spring break. We had an amazing time. The beach is beautiful and the pool was great for the kids. We were walking distance from shops and food and a 10 min ride from the harbor and restaurants. The condo was clean and exactly what was pictured. We enjoyed the chairs Provided. We would come back in the future.

Short getaway

The property and ocean front location was amazing ! Turfan was great to work with. The only thing that we didn’t like was the beach chairs and not being able to sit closer to the beach. For that reason only we would not book the Pelican again. Choosing either to be four rows back or on top of the next group was not good!

Overall unit was ok

Sinks and tub drained very slowly. Water did not get very hot. Bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable . Location of unit was great.

Everything was good

It was a great trip, they had everything we needed. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. Beds were comfortable and we never ran out of hot water for showers.

Amazing Vacation

Second time we stayed at this location and same condo. We loved it last year and wanted to go back again! Communication is excellent and the condo is perfect. I’m sure we will be back again!

Location and view was beautiful! Upon entering the unit, there was a very strong odor of bleach and overall wasn’t as clean as we would have liked.

Perfect place

This is a good unit. There is an older re-do and some thought has been made with an eye towards the beach condo experience and making you feel at home. Biggest issue is the master bedroom plantation shutters need to be fixed so that the light does not come beaming in at night. Nice place though!

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. We have a total of 7 units at Pelican Beach Resort. Waterscape, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort and Luau, Bahia, Elation and Grand Sandestin at Sandestin Resort are our other locations. They are all by the beach and are updated. You can expect same great service and same attention to detail for all our condos in the area.
