Nice studio apartment with laundry and magnificent view from rooftop deck. By far is the access to a great rooftop patio with 360 degree view and historic plaza is the selling point of this studio. It is quite also which is a plus . As stated there are stairs to climb up so keep that in mind . Overall a thumbs up .

Wonderful location and accommodations. Our host Catalina (?) was attentive and available.The stairs to the deck were an adventure, but once there it was amazing. Not having a lift was very hard for us in our late 70’s, Five sets of winding stairs was a challenge but worth it once there. Location was amazing, walkable to all areas of museums and parks.

Plaza Mayor in Madrid

Great central location for our visit to Madrid. The apartment was perfect and the rooftop deck was absolutely amazing.

Awesome location

Excellent experience and awesome workout. Travel light is a must. No elevators. The condo has a super view of plaza mayor.

Three days in Madrid

I don’t think you can have a better location for a visit to Madrid. Directly overlooks Plaza Mayor with access to a patio in the roof overlooking the plaza. The apartment is small but great for a couple. You should know that it is on the 4th floor, equivalent to about 6 flights of steps with no elevator. Could have used a couple more towels and the shower drained slow spilling water on the floor. Needs attention. If you can handle stairs, great location.

Appartement avec terrasse sur le toit extraordinaire

Ce bel appartement permet d'accder par un escalier étroit à une terrasse privée sur les toits de la plaza Mayor. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Nous avons profité de la douceur printanière en prenant le petit déjeuner là-haut et en se prélassant sur les chaises longues.Mais ce privilège a un prix, l'appartement est au dernier étage et la montée des escaliers depuis le RdC est sportive.Les relations avec l'agence ont été très fluides et l'accueil était parfait.Nous recommandons vivement!
