Newly Remodeled! One of the best features of this unit is the spectacular views, you can see sunrise from Estero Bay and Sunsets from the Gulf of Mexico...No other condo has this feature. Enjoy the dolphin views! This unit has 2 flat screens tv's and the living area is a new 40" Smart HDTV so you can watch premium content like YouTube, Netflix, etc.
From the minute you walk inside the unit, you will feel like you are in Paradise. The unit is completely furnished with starter supplies to help until you get settled.
We are located on the quiet south end of Ft Myers Beach.
The condo offers a beautiful place to unwind. Your lanai overlooks Estero Bay. You will have your own white sandy private beach for fishing or just relaxing! Take a stroll through Lovers Key State Park which is great for shelling.
It is a one-bedroom unit with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 flat screens T.V’s, DVD and CD player. The building includes a large heated pool, and 4 Grills. Access to washer and dryer are downstairs, only accepts credit card payments. POOL CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SUMMER 2025
There is a 7-night minimum stay.
