Host responded quickly to our questions and had juice and water available upon arrival. Location is good with local market, plenty of restaurants and bus stops nearby. We were excited about having a refrigerator however it did not keep food cold enough and we were concerned about food spoiling. Showers did not drain well and apartment floors were dirty. Not a lot the host may be able to control but a number of trash receptacles are located outside the front door which leaves a memory of the smell of trash.

Rome visit

The rental was perfect for my wife, adult son, and me. A spacious and clean apartment within 2 mile walk from nearly all sites in Rome. Market across the street allowed us to easily eat most meals at home in kitchenette and dining table. Dozens of good restaurants within two blocks. The host was very courteous and responsive.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Close to good restaurants and within 2-3km or less of most popular sites in Rome. Close to Taxi stand and buses.

Great location and stay

We had everything we needed 4 adults with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. Plus extras with orange juice in fridge and coffee and toast for the morning. Frederica is a great host, she met us at the suite and was able to give us great info about restaurants, train station locations etc. We will stay here again!!

Great stay in Rome!

Great location with easy access to the city center. There is a local market and fantastic restaurants within a block of the apartment. The apartment was clean and Federica was so easy to work with and communicated quickly with us. Perfect for 4 adults.

Perfect Roma experience!

Federica is a refined hostess with a wonderful apartment to offer. Great location: near Castro Pretorio Metro. Super neighborhood with all the cafes, pizza restaurants and a supermarket and fresh fruit/fish market across the street. Clean and spacious place!

Great stay and host

Federica was very communicative and she went above to help arrange a private driver from the airport and to the train station. She had some things in the fridge for us to start our day like water and juice. The apartment had everything we needed down to a washer and iron and ironing board and drying rack. The place was very clean and easy to live in. Good restaurants and taxis were close. Will stay there again.

Lovely neighborhood with memorable restaurants. It was a little farther out from city center than I realized but we still walked everywhere. Helpful host.

Bright and beautiful Rome VRBO

What a beautiful apartment and area of Rome. Close to markets and restaurants. Airconditioning was great. The apartment met all of our needs. The complimentary coffee, orange juice, milk and water were a great bonus. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!

Love Rome!

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, 2 full bathrooms plus kitchen. Location is good, a 10-15 minute walk to get to the centre sites. Federica is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

Stay in Rome

Communication with the host was excellent. Access to a washer was very helpful to our trip and the location worked well. The flat did have a musty smell which may be common in older properties in Rome. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Super place

Great place and clean appartment. 3 min walk to bus and 10 min walk to metro. Not a tourist area but with bus or metro you are there really fast. Great restaurants just outside the appartment with really good food for a fair price. Next visit in Roma we will stay here again.

Great location

Location was steps away from great restaurants and a local market. Easy walking distance to catch the bus or get a taxi, make sure to have your bus ticket stamped once you enter the bus, or there is a 54.00 Euro fine. Federica was a great host, there was coffee and water available when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped if you choose to cook, she also made our arrangements for a taxi to the airport.

Great place to stay in Rome

Host was very understanding of our delay from flight. Federica waited at the place until we finally got there to check in. She showed us and explained everything. She responded promptly when we have any questions. The place is so nice and location was perfect. We were able to walk pretty much anywhere in Rome. Thanks Federica!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Töpfe und Pfannen müssten dringend erneuert werden. 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern war sehr komfortabel aber Klimaanlage ist leider nur in einem Schlafzimmer . Cups für die Nespressomachine und Milch war vorhanden und wir konnten erstmal nach Ankunft einen Kaffee genießen

Family trip away - perfect stay

The property was very nice and well maintained. The area is perfect for anyone visiting Rome for a few days. You are within walkable distance to most of Rome's major sites but if members of your group are less able the bus routes are fantastic. My only possible criticism is that AC listed on the facilities is a free-standing unit which can only be in one room rather than throughout the property. The host was fantastic and had no gripe despite us being an hour later than planned for check-in due to flight delays. They had milk, coffee and orange juice left out for us which was above and beyond our expectations and just showed the caring nature put into the stay.
