Welcome to this beautiful villa for 6 people, with private pool and pretty views to the mountains and the town of Son Servera and located only 3 km from the beach of Cala Bona.
If you love the beautiful landscapes, the exterior area of this house will delight you. The porch invites to enjoy a delicious breakfast admiring the mountains and the town of Son Servera. Then, you can relax right here while reading on the 2 sun loungers of the superior terrace or basking in the sun on the other 6 loungers by the pool. This is a chlorine pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 1.7 metres. Finally, you will find a fantastic barbecue to cook delicious grilled recipes.

When you enter, a beautiful living-dining room meets you. Here, you can enjoy your meals all together and rest later in the sofa whilst watching the TV-sat. Next, you access the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and all you need to cook as well as a table with chairs. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet in the house. On the main floor there are 2 of them, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Upstairs, we have the other two bedrooms, both with twin beds. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. There are two bathrooms in the house, one on each floor and both with a shower. The accommodation is equipped with central oil heating and 5 fans for the summer. Finally, there is a laundry room outside with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, but also with a toilet bowl and a shower tray.

The location of the property is perfect if you want to have the town nearby but enjoying the quiet and country environment around. The town centre of Son Servera is 1 km from the house, the beach of Cala Bona is 3 km and the golf course is no more than 5 km away.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.
