Beautiful and spacious villa of Mediterranean architecture with sea views and a large pool. The property is located in the exclusive urbanization of Santo Tomás, just 5 minutes’ walk from the sea and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The property consists on the main house with 7 bedrooms.
On the ground floor we find the dining room, a living room with fireplace, the breakfast-dining kitchen, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry room. On the upper floor there are two single bedrooms and one bedroom with two build-in beds, a shower room and a toilet.
The spacious house is south facing with several large terraces, some covered and some open, with views to the sea. The pool is very large, measuring approx. 14x6 m, ideal for length swimming, and a pool side shower. It is a lovely property next to the beautiful and exclusive beach of Santo Tomás.

Sant Tomas is a very nice villa with great location but not immaculate

Beautiful villa in nice area and very close to the beach. Everything that is needed for a larger group of people with mixed age groups. Nice terrace to enjoy warm summer nights. However, the cleaness of the loation is lacking and it also seems that it is not very well maintained. One example was the dishwasher that was completely rusted and rotten and also the cuttlery and equipment was dirty when we arrived. The dishwasher was changed during our stay but the agency expected us to be available and organize with the installation team. Overall, the agency was not very supportive and hardly available. In summary, the price-quality ratio was not so good and we might look for another location next time.

Hi Ines, I´ve been checking our conversatin adn I can not find any simple message without answering you. When you commented me that you dind´t like the dishwasher we considered your request even if it was working perfectly, we prefered to take into conderation your opinion and we bought a new one the same day. I really can not understand whay you say that we were not supportive. For the delivery I gave you an option to recevie it one day or we would receive it the following day but you chose to have it with you sooner and wait for the delivery. Also would like to mention that all the other applainces wer bought last year. The villa is not new but we consider than the price we ask for it is more than fair. Thank you for your comments.

El chalet es muy amplio. las camas son cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días fantásticos conociendo la isla y disfrutando de la playa.

Villa idéal pour 4 ou 5 couples maximum

Villa très bien située dans un quartier calme, à proximité de la plage. Elle dispose d’une grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, ainsi que d’une grande piscine bien entretenue. La décoration de la maison est un peu datée, et elle comprend deux véritables salles de bain (et non quatre comme indiqué).

Großes Haus in super Lage

Viel Platz draußen und gute Betten, renovierte Bäder, toller Pool, zu Fuß zum Strand! Innen etwas veraltet, braucht dringend eine neue Spülmaschine . Leider keine Klimaanlage für die Schlafzimmer, es war sehr heiß Anfang September .

Menorca at it's best is reflected in this property.

Its location within a residential area creates a desire of this being your home not just a vacation. Would have appreciated information data pack about living within the property and the local area.

Beautiful villa

Villa To y Ta is stunning in a gorgeous location. We loved every moment of being there. It is obviously a well loved traditional family home, as opposed to a luxury villa. It could do with a small update to make it more suitable for family rental. The cutlery for example was so cracked or crazed it was unpleasant to drink from. We had to buy plastic cups for the children and poolside as there were none. Very surprising as its meant to be a family villa and the pool is down several steps from the terrace. It needs a new washing machine, we didnt use the dishwasher. As far as cleanliness it needed a clean under the beds and the pool area was covered in pigeon poo which was unpleasant. We couldnt find any pool lights until an engineer came to fix the hot water on about day 11 of our holiday, then only one of three worked. The terrace area is an amazing place to sit and eat and enjoy the view although it could do with a new set of table and chairs, rather than the plastic set which the chidren kept falling through. Most suprising was the lack of an information folder about the villa, the resort, emergencies or even Menorca. Luckily we were very familiar with the Island. Despite my criticism I would not hesitate to return again.

Belle maison avec vue sur mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est belle et confortable, avec une grande piscine. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la grande terrasse ensoleillée du matin au soir sur laquelle sont aménagés des espaces salon et salle à manger couverts. Idéal pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Marta a été très réactive à nos demandes avant et pendant notre séjour.
