Experience the best of Barcelona in this beautiful 148 m² apartment located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya.

Bright, spacious, and designed for comfort, it’s the perfect place for families, groups of friends, or business travelers looking for space and style.

The apartment features a furnished terrace, a large living and dining area, and three comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer.

Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, central heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe box.



🛏️ We provide towels, bed linens, toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

🥂 Minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

🚗 Private parking available (subject to availability) for an extra charge.

With its high ceilings, elegant decor, and central location, this apartment is ideal for those who want to enjoy the charm of Barcelona with maximum comfort.





House rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

This place was just perfect for the 5 of us. Great location, comfortable beds and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived about 4 hours before check in and they kindly took our bags and stored them. Notified us when it was ready, which was earlier than the 2 pm check in time. Wish we could have stayed another day, so much to do around there!

Everything about this location was wonderful. In the heart of the city and the staff made everything extremely easy for us from booking taxis to and from the airport to ensuring there was a bassinet for our baby. We had a truly great time in Barcelona and this stay was a big part of it.

Great location, ample, comfortable space with high ceilings for a party of 4. Large comfo terrace.

The apartment is centrally located in L'Eixample, with restaurants, markets and other amenities within a few minutes walking distance. Large metro stations within less than a 10 minute walk.

Joanna's apartment is exactly as pictured, its spacious, well equipped and centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay there was plenty of space for our group 3x couples and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Bonuses were the air conditioning throughout, lovely terrace and really great Whisky bar directly next door. Thank you for having us :)

2 Night Stay

This is a great apartment. It was more spacious than expected and very charming and comfortable. Our stay was too short to fully take advantage of all it had to offer, particularly the outdoor seating. The management met us at check-in and went over all the particulars and they were very responsive to questions prior to our stay. The cafe next door was an appreciated convenience and so delicious we went back for breakfast again the 2nd day.

Lovely apartment

Great location. Helpful host. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room. Only issue is the walls are thin and you can hear other people in the apartment. Overall, great place and we would return.
