The unit and furnishings are all very dated. Ice and water did not work on fridge. They charge extra for using the pool. And no drinks in pool...weird. 50 bucks extra for two hour late check out. The view is great and the beach was wonderful. Definitely stay somewhere else.

Room was clean and had great views. Pool was great except they are a little strict with the littles. If there was one big complaint( which shouldn’t be a deal breaker)is that the elevators were slow and a little warm.

Condo Needs an Update

The facility areas are nice. The pool in the cabana bar there with food as well as access to the beach is great. The condo is in a great need of updating. I would give the cleanliness and eight. A towel on the floor showed. It was really dirty on the tile floors as the towel was black. I would come back to the facility and stay in another unit but not choose this one. I will say the balcony is extra large and very nice.

Exceptionally clean and spacious room. Resort as a whole was SPOTLESS. Clean pools and beachfront. Comfortable beds and spacious well stocked kitchen (maybe bring a potholder though :) . BEAUTIFUL BALCONY VIEWS. Very much enjoyed our time. Only downfalls (which may not have anything to do with the owner of this room) were that we had to purchase armbands to access resort amenities at 13 dollars each. I strongly feel these should be included in the price of the room. Had to buy 7 of these and then at the pool another guest told me that kids didn’t need them. This was not clear at the parking attendant hut. (The man was also extremely unfriendly. Again nothing to do with this owner which is why i left 5 stars) so i paid for 3 kids for no reason. Just something to keep in mind budget wise when you book. Despite this, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others to stay here. Great location to attractions and restaurants.

Perfect place for our family

This unit was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and an amazing view of the ocean. Boardwalk Beach Reaort also offers many amenities which make the stay complete.
