"Saint Caterina House" is located in the center of Rome near Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator of an ancient building. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a small loft with a single sofa bed, living room with double sofa bed (140 x 190), kitchenette with table and chairs, bathroom with shower (max 2 + 3 persons - 45 m²) .



The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and air conditioning Heating and in the living room a Smart TV is available. The kitchen is complete with fridge, microwave oven and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide linen and towels for all guests. The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows you to explore many tourist attractions on foot.



The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.

Great location, within a 5-20 minute walk to most of the historic core of Rome. A 20-30 minute taxi / bus ride from Termini station. Clean, comfortable apartment. The stairs to access the apartment are very steep and narrow, and it may be difficult for some guests to bring their luggage up.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location in Regola is unbeatable—just two short blocks from Campo de’ Fiori and a quick stroll across Ponte Sisto into Trastevere. Every major site in Rome was easily walkable, and we especially loved the proximity to the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo.The apartment was perfectly equipped for our week-long stay, featuring a great refrigerator, effective AC in the bedroom, and a washing machine that was a lifesaver for our carry-on wardrobes. Francesca was a fantastic host—communicative, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The space is ample for two people and filled with natural light from the many windows. While the bathroom is cozy (standard for European cities), it was perfectly functional.Pro tip: Don’t miss the Church of San Girolamo della Carità around the corner. It is breathtaking and a total hidden gem. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to friends and family!

Rome in March

The property is in an excellent location. Basic amenities were present: apartment is very clean, has ample space, good day lighting and comfort controls. The apartment is in need of a good painting and the furniture, although comfortable is not up to the standard of a uniquely positioned apartment in Rome. Alessandra keep me well informed and helped arrange a limo from the airport with Daniel—who was terrific. The check in was a mess: usually I am greeted by a person at check in to go over arrangements including how the appliances work, etc. Not this time. Francesca scolded me for not informing her of my arrival details when actually I had called her through the given phone number I was asked to use by Alessandra; I was not informed to use WhatsApp. Daniel (not Francesca) helped arrange early access to the apartment for which I am grateful. Overall: very good basics with some missing follow through which could have made the experience outstanding.

Appartement très bien placé dans un quartier sécurisé et vivant.

Séjour très apprécié , emplacement de l'appartement idéal car proche de tous les centres d'intérêt. Quartier vivant proche de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Pas de double vitrage ni de volet dans la chambre. Réveillé tres matinale vers 6h30 pr les nombreuses machines de nettoyage des rues et par la lumière du jour. Lit confortable, et un canapé-lit facile a déplier. 2e canapé à changer, il est totalement affaissé. Micro salle de bain avec une petite fenêtre qui est constamment ouverte car malgré cela odeur d'humidité persistante. L'Appartement est propre, linge de maison et lits faits. Café, Sucre, sel a disposition. Par contre, petit coup de stress en arrivant car nous n'avions pas eu les bons codes et donc impossible de rentrer dans l'immeuble puis l'appartement. Heureusement, quelqu'un répond au tel (parle anglais ou italien seulement) et possibilité de communiquer via whatsapp.

Buona combinazione

Zona poco servita da metro ma strategica x varie soluzioni a piedi. La sera è un buon quartiere ben vissuto e quindi nessun timore nel rientro serale, a differenza magari di altre zone che abbiamo visitato. La cucina era super fornita delle cose base, anche x cucinare. Molto gradite le cialde caffè messe a disposizione. Ottima disponibilità x wifi e smart tv Unica pecca è il divano aggiuntivo, totalmente sfondato. Varie ragnatele sul soffitto alto . Bagno un po' vecchio ma comunque funzionale
