Location is excellent and just a very short walk to Piazza Navona. Lots of good restaurants nearby and lots of chic shops a few steps away. The managers are great to work with and very accommodating. The only concern I have are the steep steps when entering the apartment. For someone close to 80 it was a problem. Would I return! Absolutely! I stayed one month and hated to leave! A rare find!

Federico was absolutely on top of things especially with communication! We had arrived in Rome earlier than anticipated and he met us as quickly as he could. He recommended going to a restaurant around the corner to wait for his arrival. We ended up enjoying that restaurant (Quelli de Coronari) that we ate dinner there 2 nights out of our 3 in Rome! Federico even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! He left a list of recommended restaurants, places to visit, and gelatto shops to visit! He also arranged a private transport to the airport for us on our last day which saved us an immense amount of time. He was, by far, the best property owner during our Italian trip!!!

Our stay in Rome was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even more special was Federico’s incredible hospitality. He was kind, attentive, responsive, and gave us fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Even the steep steps were completely fine and not an issue at all. We hope to return one day!
