Fabulous time!

We had the most amazing few days in Pevensey. The location is amazing and to wake up to the sea every morning was such a treat. Dogs loved it too! Thank you we will be back.

House clean and warm. Position enviable. Media system good.Furniture generally rather well used and looking worse for wear in some cases. 2nd double bedroom bed mattress very thin and uncomfortable, two guests slept on sofas for two nights. Back door (on to beach) unable to be locked.Some lamps not working.Over all, good but not luxury accommodation.

The mattress has now been replaced with a new one, the stiff lock which was hard to lock due to the salt sea air has been serviced by an engineer and is working properly and the lamps which were not working have had bulbs replaced and the unrepairable lamp has been disposed of. FANTASTIC VIEWS OF THE OCEAN

We had a fabulous time at this property. The weather was faultless in February when we were there which helped. Long walks on the beach with the dog who loved it as much as we did! Great location to reach Brighton, Eastbourne, Rye and many other places. We are visiting again this year so that says it all.Recommended.

Great location and well equiped

Hassle free, nice location and well equiped. Few minor maintence issues ( downstairs barhroom shower didn't drain, beading on patio doors loose) but other than that comfortable and well thought out property

Fantastic stay on the beach.

Great views in all weathers. A lovely place to stay. Clean and tidy with all the amenities of home. We will be returning.

The sea on your doorstep

The property is so well located. It is on the coast - just open the patio doors, step onto the deck and then onto the beach. Lovely! The layout and furnishing of the ground floor is good, but the spiral staircase linking the basement entrance, bedroom and bathroom is a real challenge. As there were just the two of us, we managed to use only the ground floor and avoided using the basement and staircase. The lack of attention to detail let down this property, for example, the cleanliness of oven and cupboards, the three lights which did not work and the lack of usable batteries in the TV handsets.

We are sorry for the lack of detail that you experienced during your stay and these have been rectified by our housekeeper. At the end of an exceptionally busy season, sometimes the time window between changeovers is limited to carry out big jobs like a full oven clean, but again we can only apologise for this. Schönes Haus mit phantastischem Ausblick

Die Lage ist wunderbar! Dank des herrlichen Wetters konnten wir die Südterrasse ausgiebig nutzen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zwei Bäder und drei Toiletten sind Luxus! Super Heizung. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank!

Ein Traum von Ferienhaus!

Dieses tolle Haus in Peveney Bay verfügt über alles was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht. Direkt am Strand gelegen hat man einen super Blick aufs Meer. Daran anschließend ein Holzdeck mit ausreichend Platz und Gartenmöbel. Wir haben uns Hastings, Brighton und Eastbourne angeguckt, liegt alles in direkter Umgebung und ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Pevensey Bay selbst gibt es einige kleine Lokale, die man empfehlen kann. Wir waren mit drei Frauen dort, es ist aber aussreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Haus. Das schöne am Haus ist auch, dass drei Bäder vorhanden sind, so dass zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad gehört. Insgesamt ist das Haus modern ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht vergessen möchte ich den unproblematischen und sehr zuverlässigen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter! Super Kommunikation und jederzeit erreichbar! Vielen Dank an Pippa!

Located directly on the beach you have a great view of the sea. Subsequently, a wooden deck with ample space and garden furniture. We have looked at us Hastings, Brighton and Eastbourne, all located in close proximity and is easy to reach by car. In Pevensey Bay itself, there are some small restaurants that can be recommended. We were traveling with three women there, it is but aussreichend accommodate 4 adults and two children in the house. The beautiful house is also on that three bathrooms are available so that belongs to every bedroom one bath. Overall, the house is equipped with modern facilities and we felt very comfortable there. Do not forget I want the unproblematic and very reliable contact the owner! Super communication and at all times! Thanks to Pippa!

This was the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed here. It is in a fabulous location on the beach and regardless of the weather have enjoyed our stay. The cottage is spotlessly clean and well appointed, with everything we need. Its like a home from home Since we came last year there have been a few changes. One was a change of position of the bunk beds, these are no longer against the window and consequently make the room seem much larger and airier. The second change was a proper roof to the conservatory part of the living area. This means that when its very sunny its possible to sit at the dining table without getting roasted. There are lots of interesting and picturesque places to visit, we have managed to find somewhere new to go every time we visit. I have no doubt that we will be down again Wendy and Keith

Fantastic Outlook

A lovely position right on the sea front...just pebbles and waves fill your view through the big glass doors. The property was well thought out and had a granny annex downstairs for the grandparents to get some sleep at night and escape our 11 month old. Kitchen had great appliances and the 3 bathrooms helped get us all ready quickly in the morning. Overall and fantastic property in a lovely setting.

tolles Ferienhaus am Strand

Manchmal ist man ja etwas ernüchtert, wenn man das gebuchte Ferienhaus in echt sieht. Bei diesem Ferienhaus ist das nicht der Fall. Die gezeichte Lage und die Ausstattung auf den Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Alleine die Super-Lage direkt am Strand war das Geld schon wert. Und wenn man, wie wir, auch Kinder hat, einfach ideal. Die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut und das Haus insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Uns wurde auf Nachfrage sogar eine neue Bonum-Kaffeemaschine samt Kaffee-Packung hingestellt. Die Um gebung ist auch sehr schön und an sehenswerten Zielen mangelt es nicht (Beachy Head, Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings.... Tipp: in gut 1 1/2 Std. per Zug ab Eastbourne nach London (inkl. Tube-Ticket), 4 Pers. rd. 45 Pfund. Noch ein Tipp: das typisch englische Örtchen Alfriston (unweit von Eastbourne). Noch ein großes Lob an das Vermittlungsbüro: hat alles super geklappt und der Kontakt und der Service waren echt klasse! Great holiday home. Thanks for all, we enjoyed our holidays very much!
