Our second year celebrating Memorial Day here and it was perfect for us yet again. So much indoor play space and plenty of beds for all. No swimming this year, but we did get some canoeing and kayaking out in between rain showers.

The house was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient from a major road but tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the nearby rock and gem museum, hiking and visiting the restaurants in Bridgton.The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in, there was ample living space for our entire group to spread out, and the lawn was fantastic for games and activities.My favorite part was the pond which was fabulous for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing. Our entire group spent the majority of our week doing some sort of water activity.

Another great visit!

This was our second time renting since the house is really perfect for a group- beautiful views, room to spread out, and everything you need. The downstairs bathroom and living room couches could use an update, but are not huge deterrents. We love this place!

Perfect Spot for a Group

The house and location was perfect for our four families with 10 kids. Plenty of space, very well-stocked kitchen for cooking big meals, and lots to do inside and out. We hope to go back!

Great space, close to Sunday River!

We had 14 people stay here for the weekend and we had a lot of fun! And had plenty of space for everyone, indoors and out! Only 30min or less to Sunday River and the frozen lake was easily accessible to explore. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent getaway for large groups

There is a beautiful large yard for a plethora of games, three different entries to water, a large kitchen, and plenty of beds for all! If the weather turns on your there is plenty of space and activities inside from ping pong, billiards, and board games galore.

Great space for a group!

The location was beautiful. While the house is showing some age in areas, it was very comfortable and cute. The layout and game rooms area was perfect for a group— allowing to all be together at once or to different spaces. The fridge is a great size and there is an extra drinks/overflow fridge in the basement. The hot tub was a real treat.

A must see

Beautiful lake house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room inside and out for our four famlies. The view of the water was absolutely stunning. We all enjoyed swimming and jumping off the dock, playing games on the spacious lawn and the hot tub was so relaxing. We will be back again!!

Winter getaway

We went with a group of 5 families over the winter break to ski and celebrate New Years. The location was just as described and perfect for our group and any communication with the property owner received a prompt reply. Ice Fishing Weekend

This is the 2nd year we have rented and the place is outstanding. The facility is very clean and can easily accommodate large parties (Family reunions, retreats, etc.). Nice open floor plan on the main living level and a great pool table and ping pong space in the finished basement make it perfect for our crew. The weather was nice enough for us to congregate out on the deck and the hot tub is a great feature. Hope to be back next year!

Comfortable House on Beautiful Bryant Pond

We spent 5 days on a ski vacation at the house. Everything is perfectly working, clean and many fixtures are renovated. We cooked every day and there can't be anything imaginable missing in the kitchenware. The division into a main floor and a basement floor was very natural for us and kids were thrilled to have their own game space. The view of the lake was breathtaking - and changing frequently. We just kept looking out the big windows all the time. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable and beautiful vacation!
