Or, step out to a massive backyard, where sledding and a cozy fire pit await for roasting marshmallows under the stars.

The space

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, with exception to locked closets for the owners and utility rooms.

Other things to note
- The guest who books must the one of the guests staying on the property, absolutely no booking for others.

- Subject to additional fees for guests beyond 16 total, please message us prior to booking.

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of valid ID if requested.

- No parties
- No smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed

-Please note that we permit a maximum of 4 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above, in all cases subject to the pet fee(s). Any damage caused by pets will be promptly charged to the guest that made the reservation, no exceptions. Below is a list of restricted dog breeds:
