Calm Waters is a beautiful and very well accessorized waterfront home that is only steps to the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.
This home has three bedrooms with two and a half baths. It will sleep eight comfortably with 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunks and 1 queen sleeper sofa.
All bedrooms are on the upper level and two of the bedrooms have direct access out to a waterfront deck equipped with comfortable seating to enjoy those burning evening sunsets along the Intracoastal Waterway.
The master bedroom has its own private bath equipped with a full shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that is equipped with a tub and shower combination.
This home is very well appointed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. There is a large screened in porch facing the waterfront that will allow you to maximize those great water views and to keep watch over your boat that is moored to your private dock. The dock offers a very convenient kayak launch area along with a covered seating area to enjoy those fabulous water views up close and personal.
The first level of the home offers a living area with abundant seating for the entire family along with an open plan kitchen that flows into the living and dining area. This allows you to enjoy and be a part of the family conversations while preparing those gourmet meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. This first floor level also has a half bath just off the kitchen along with a laundry room.
The home is equipped with 4 TV's. There is one in each of the bedrooms along with one in the living room. The home is also equipped with WiFi.
On the outside you will find an enclosed shower with hot and cold water along with a grilling area equipped with a charcoal park grill.
This home is located on the end of the street which allows for great privacy with plenty of parking.
To get to the beach it's so quick and easy, you only have a short walk up the street and just across the road to the beach access.
As you can see this home has it all, expansive water views, private boat dock (for shallow draft boats) with kayak launch area, modern interior with all amenities and easy beach access.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
