Communication was subpar. The County of Maui shut off electricity to the unit due to high winds. Notification from the Management Company was several hours delayed. Leaving guests sitting in the dark without flashlights wondering what was going on. The unit had several maintenance issues and was not clean. The couch cushions had stains on them.

Beautiful Condo

This place was wonderful. The beds were comfy. Linens and towels were top quality. The house had everything you could need. My family felt at home and comfortable. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Great Family Spot

We loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved the big kitchen and that there were three full bathrooms! We also spent a lot of time at the pool right across the parking lot. Plenty of accessible beaches nearby and restaurants to choose from. The Honolua store was also one of our favorite daily stops. Everything was great!

Beautiful property!

Beautiful condo on the Kapalua Bay course. Great amenities (salt/pepper, pots, pans, foil, etc.) make it easy to settle in. Well managed - the clothes dryer wasn't working during our stay, but they were responsive and worked to make it right for us on short notice. Not particularly close to the beach, but beautiful views.

Great 3BR condo near the beach!

Nice three bedroom condo on the golf course. Great views and you can walk to the beach! The sound in the house does travel through the doors and walls, so with three teenagers and two adults in the house it was a little bit loud at times. :)

Lucky find

My family and I are grateful for Perfect stays and the property manager for being so accommodating. Our 3 families enjoyed the unit and appreciated being able to stay together as we travelled together. It was a happy and solemn occasion as we gathered for our father's funeral service. As someone who doesn't venture much on the west side of Maui I am even more forever grateful for the time spent there especially now. Keep up the great work.

Our first trip to Hawaii.

We were here for 9 nights. The property was beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious. The views are breathtaking! However, the cleanliness was not impressive. The floors were very sticky, the downstairs shower had a huge clump of long black hair on top of the drain, and most of the dishes looked like they had been rinsed but not washed. Dried eggs in the skillet, But other than that, it was a wonderful home.

Great location and very well maintained and managed. Manager answers calls immediately!

Condo overlooks the bay golf course with the ocean in the background, and is in walking distance to several beaches (Kapalua is closest, Fleming and Oneloa are also in walking distance, Napili is also close. The grounds has beautiful trees and flowers. Everything is in good shape and is clean. Bathrooms are fancy. Kitchen included all the silverware and plates needed for family meals. Kapalua includes an ABC style store with food, deli, and souvenirs also in walking distance. Best thumbnail is having breakfast on balcony with the birds singing and changing views of Molokai in the distance. Definitely 5 stars.

Five Star

We had a great time at this condo. We were 5 adults and there was enough space to convene and also have our own space. The kitchen is VERY well appointment and is clean and new. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai and having drinks watching the sun set. There are many pools to choose from and approx 15 min walk down to the beach. It was quiet and quaint and it was fun to critique golf swings from the lanai! We enjoyed our time very much. Only downfall was parking can be limited (someone was in our “designated” spot the whole and didn't move over the 8 days. Wish there was an EV charging station on site but ultimately none of these deterred from our visit. Thanks!

Escape to Maui for 3 weeks

This property is not well equipped. There is no coffee grinder, not enough laundry detergent, broken patio furniture, poor quantity and speed of warm water, dishwasher not effective, carpet stains in kitchen area are gross, lacking key kitchen supplies including spatula for burgers and kitchen scissors, inadequate shower products, run down living room furniture. I would not recommend this property.

After receiving this review, our team did inspect the unit, and some of the items you stated that were missing were actually in the unit, and could have possibly been overlooked during your stay. Additionally, the owner has had the carpets professionally cleaned. We are an on island management company available 7 days per week, and do reach out to all of our guests several times to ensure that their stay is going well. We would have loved the opportunity to address any of these issues during your stay. Again mahalo for staying with us on Maui.

We have stayed in this unit before and thoroughly enjoyed . However this time our opinion changed . Positives are good location , 3 bedroom and large updated kitchen and nice balcony. Negatives are carpets were extremely dirty on first floor . We had hundreds small white bugs throughout kitchen area @ countertops and pantry - we were serviced two times with service for bugs and did not solve the problem.. (Coming in from ceiling We kept all food in frig but problem persisted . Hoping MPS can resolve these issues for future customers! I'm sure units haven't been used due to Covid but MPS should assess each before customers arrive . And if not up to gold standards customers should receive a credit . Maui is amazing and we love the Kapalua golf villas unfortunately this unit had issues . Enjoy !

Outstanding service and great location!

We had the pleasure of a 10 day stay over Thanksgiving. We've stayed in Kapalua 10+ times and this was by far the best unit yet! The pre-arrival messages and having a person meet us to open up the unit was totally unexpected. I was contacted multiple times during our stay to insure everything was going great. We had a box shipped to be delivered and they brought it over to our unit. We had 4 adults and 2 grandkids in our unit, a sister in the next building and more children in another unit up the hill. We used the tremendous amount of space as our home base for all. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook. Having the pool directly across from our unit was huge. We used the grills multiple times. 6 Beach chairs and your choice of 3 different coolers were in the outside closet that we used every day. You can call the Kapalua shuttle to take you to/from areas on the property but we did everything by rental car. Unit overlooks the landing area of the old #10 on the Bay Course so you get to watch plenty of golf from the spacious deck. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable stay and pictures live up to posting. I would definitely stay here again and on this side of the island. The only minor thing that ended up not working was the washer and dryer. We tried using them on the night before we left and both kept stopping mid cycle.

Great condo with excellent location

Perfect place for 6 adults. Plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the large lanai. One issue with cleanliness of kitchen floor - not swept or mopped. Sticky and very dirty.

Amazing place and location

Beautiful views and amenities at this condo. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, tennis and shops. Quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy paradise.
