It was right across the street from some excellent snorkeling beaches. So the location was excellent for us. It was a quiet area and the townhouse was pretty spacious. We arrived to the island early in the morning and requested an earlier check-in. They let us do this and the process was pretty easy. Everything was done through text which was the most convenient way to do this for us. But I expect we could have called as well. They were very responsive to any questions I had and were super helpful and patient. The place was comfortable and the layout was easy to navigate and we had plenty towels and chairs for beach. The kitchen was clean, well organized and easy to cook in. We had a really nice experience there and would stay there again. Our biggest complaint was the lock had a punch in code and was hard to see at night because the lightning over the door was pretty dim so I had to use flashlight from phone to punch in the numbers. I don’t know if there is anything they could do about this since the exterior layout was the same for all units.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and condo are great—short walk to nearby beach an walking trails and short drive to Lahaina. We hit several days of rain and cloudy skies but we’re able to use the time for whale watching, and coast rides. Condo was clean and comfortable but a little difficult to find if your initial visit is in the dark.

We had a wonderful stay! We were traveling with four adults and three children and while there was no “extra” room we were pleased to find an air mattress available for one of the kids. The home was clean and comfortable. The property was well stocked with literally anything you need for the beach. The location truly can not be beat. The property is within walking distance of Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay and you even get a small ocean view from the big windows. There is a wonderful coffee shop near by and lots of breakfast and dinner options too. A easy drive to many other wonderful beaches and attractions too. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to enjoy a low key west Maui vacation.

Great stay and location

Great location for our family. You could walk across the street to Napili bay or take 7 minute walk to Kapalua bay. We had 6 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The vrbo was very well equipped for a beach day with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and has great space for our family vacation.

Would not stay here again

Smashed roach inside the bathroom closet. Feathers behind bed and worn carpet drove my allergies crazy. Keycodes sent prior to arrival were all wrong. Water was turned off on us for non-emergency plumbing repair and then extended unexpectedly into day leaving our sandy kids gross. Owner was a jerk on the phone about it and offered no compensation. Checkout was moved up 1 hr for no reason. Need to do better!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: East to get to beach, close by to many of the things we did. The fridge in the unit did go out during our stay and we lost all our frozen food but no one's fault, the fridge seemed to be pretty modern and they did send a repair person but it was unrepairable. Very nice beds, and the garage did have a number of beach going items. It is hard to find 3 bedroom condos with 3 kings beds in Maui and this was very nice.

Ideal Maui Accommodation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Near Perfect! The location was quiet and the nearby beaches were pretty easy to access. Local eateries were a short drive away and excellent Horseback riding stables were also close by. Only major drawback was a gate remote that wasn't working, which could have been hazardous since there was limited space to pull over and open the gate. Also, the bed cover on king-size bed was soiled/stained, and ensuite bath sink was draining very slow. Otherwise, the unit was clean. Finally, Vacation Maui was wonderful in responding to pandemic delays. Overall, a great vacation stay.

So fun!!

We had an awesome time at this beautiful home. Close to beach and so comfortable for everyone in our party of six. We checked out a lot of different beaches during our stay and decided Napili Bay was the best!

Amazing Hawaiin experience

We had a fantastic stay at Okika Hale. We loved being able to easily walk to a couple of great beaches and really appreciated the beach gear, including coolers, to make our time at the beach more enjoyable. We had some of wonderful snorkeling experiences in both bays by the house. We saw turtles, lots of fish and even an octopus. The house is well appointed with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The art work was amazing and gave it such unique style as well as inspired you to head out to the ocean to see all the wonderful wildlife. We hope to have the opportunity to return some day!

Total Elegance

Total Elegance was a wonderful place to stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed! The distance from the beach was awesome! We even traveled to some other beaches! It was a nice central location to travel north to the Blow Hole , south to Lahaina, and east to Kieha. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! thank you for all you did to make our stay enjoyable!

Family Christmas Vacation

The location was perfect for families who enjoy Napili area. Just a quick walk to the beach and you are playing with the kids again. The individual space was nice and clean and all needs were met. The boogie boards and the sand toys in the garage helped keep everyone happy from 1 years to the adult children and grandpa in the house. Looking forward to the next visit!

Best VRBO stay EVER

Everything about this property and the management was stellar. The management company was SO ACCOMMODATING to our changing schedule due to airline changes. The communication was excellent from check in to check out. I wish all VRBO experiences would go this well: easy and so flexible. The property was beautiful. We first thought that you had to enter one bedroom to access another, after reviewing the online photos, but that was not the case. The property was beautiful, in a great location and every possible amenity was provided. So much thought went into this property. We used the boogies boards, chairs and umbrella, which would have cost quite a bit to rent. It was very easy to carry these items to the beach across the street. Having a washer/dryer and hose to wash our feet before entering was very helpful. There are so many positives about this property and the management company. The only negative we could find was that it was difficult to find places to hang our wet swimsuits and towels. Perhaps supplying a drying rack in the garage would help. I hope we can return to this property. Everything about our stay was fantastic.

Beautiful Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was really nice to have a garage and a full size washer/dryer. The beds were really comfortable, the AC worked well, and the back yard was pretty much bug free.

Could not have been better

We met our Australian friends in Hawaii for a long vacation since it was half way between us. We did the Big Island for 4 nights, and then to Napili on Maui for 5 nights. I wish we'd stayed one more night before heading to Honolulu. This condo is PERFECT! We've VRBO'd several times now, and we all agree that this is the best so far. We have no complaints - none! Our stay could not have been more pleasant and comfortable! Everyone had a COMFORTABLE bed, the towels were so soft and clean, and you could not wish for a better stocked kitchen! We cooked dinner 2 of our 5 nights there and it was like cooking at home! The owners are so great! We were confused as to whether or not the gate had a remote, because the one remote we had didn't work for anything but the garage. It was no problem since I could get out and open the gate, but I sent a text and it was quickly responded to. I told him not to worry about it, but he insisted on coming out to fix it. That was our only need to contact the owner, and he was so nice and friendly! Having laundry was key, and we washed clothes daily. So nice! The washer is HUGE. All things for the beach are provided and in terrific condition! Thank you for a great 5 nights on Maui!!!!

March 2018 Stay

We could not have picked a more perfect condo for our trip to Maui! Everything we needed was provided down to a HUGE washer and dryer with detergent! I washed clothes daily for our group of 6, and there is nothing better than returning home with can laundry! Every beach toy and necessity was not only provided, but also in terrific condition! the chairs were so nice to have and my kids loved the wake boards. The towels were nice and absorbent and matched, which is a nice detail when other places just toss used, old beach towels in the garage. These owners care about the details. The beds were all comfortable with nice linens and the bathroom towels were super nice! I know it sounds strange to get excited about towels, but were the same calibre as you'd get at the Ritz up the road. Really nice! I can't say enough about the kitchen and living spaces - very spacious and comfortable. We cooked in for 2 of the 5 nights and I had everything I needed (I'm an advanced cook). Great condo!

It was perfect!

We stayed for 10 days and loved it. We were a party of 5 - my husband and I, our 12 year old son and my parents. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable - great bamboo sheets! The location was ideal - across the street from Napili Bay where we could swim, snorkel and body surf. We could walk to many restaurants as well and were very close to Napili market. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Maui!
