This studio is perfect for a couple in need of a romantic getaway and is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your time in Hawaii. This convenient location is near beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Lu'au, Golf, Whale Watch (seasonal), Dinner Sunset Sail, Snorkel Sail, Alpaca Farm Tour, Pineapple Farm Tour, and All Day Electric Bike Rental.

The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer guests a wonderful sense of privacy yet all the exciting activities of Kaanapali Beach are close by. The resort is located in the central and convenient Honokowai area on Maui's west side. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke's restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

The location is amazing ! Grounds and jungle type entry was magical. The view from the 7th floor was our absolute favorite ! While we were there for our 2 weeks stay we got to see Honu, Whales and beautiful sunsets daily from our lanai . The Unit was clean and comfortable and owner was responsive. Special touch with island treats and coffee.

The host was very responsive, helpful and precise. The apartment was well appointed - everything was very thoughtful. Views are unparallel and we enjoyed our Lanai - the turtles arrived to greet us everyday and every time we went to the Lanai. One day two turtles came out of the ocean to catch some sun and we were able to capture unique memories with pictures. Absolutely amazing stay and kudos to the property management team - they are the best (and we travel a lot!)

Beautiful condo and lanai providing front row seating to the ocean! Watching the sunsets, whales, turtles, seals and the moon capture the perfect Maui vacation. Highly recommend Maui Paradise Properties for the perfect vacation!

Beautiful and quiet property

This hotel was perfect for what we were looking for: quiet and not as busy as the bigger hotels in Kaanapali, but close enough to easily access shops, restaurants, etc. of the bigger hotels.

Great location and beautiful view

We loved our stay. The place was clean and just as promised and the view was spectacular! Appreciated the air conditioning after a hot day too! Great location with lots to do and see a short distance away.

Amazing location & view! Place offered everything we needed and more!

My husband and I stayed at this property for our babymoon. The room was clean and spacious! Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the building itself provided us with extra beach towels, bbq, pool and hot tub which was an added bonus. You can’t beat the location and view. We were whale watching every day from our balcony and saw turtles hanging out by the beach daily. Thanks to the host our stay was magical!

Our stay was wonderful. The balcony is right on the water with what I believe has to be one of the best views on the island. Room was as listed. Beach was nice for being right outside the property but was a bit rocky however great for snorkeling as we saw multiple sea turtles. Would definitely stay again

Great Ka’anapali Stay

We picked this condo largely on the location and view and they did not disappoint! Turtles outside the window and sunset views every night was pretty great. Add to the fact that the boardwalk is available next door to run in the morning or walk to Dukes or Piaolo makes for a great location.

Beautiful spot on Kaanapali Beach

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. This unit (suite) was enough space for two adults for the entire week. It is well-stocked, clean, and has an incredible view - it's as close to the ocean as one can get in a condo.

Great stay on the beach

Had a fantastic stay at the Mahana for our vacation. The studio was nice and clean and had all the amenities as described. Maui Paradise Properties was very communicative and always got back to us efficiently about any questions we had. The AC was not working in the Lanai tower, so they offered alternative locations to stay versus discount to stay at the Mahana, which was much appreciated. Overall, would be happy to stay here again.
