Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Spend your next Maui vacation on the shores of North Kaanapali at the acclaimed Mahana Resort. Mahana 302, our 2nd floor oceanfront studio is the perfect place to take in beautiful ocean views, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and call home while you experience all that Maui has to offer. This Hawaiian style, comfortable and clean studio has everything you need for your much needed Hawaiian getaway, and is conveniently located on the coast of West Maui, close to Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua. The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer guests a wonderful sense of privacy yet all the exciting activities of Kaanapali Beach are close by. The resort is located in the central and convenient Honokowai area on Maui's west side. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke's restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

We haven’t been back to Maui in several years and we have never stayed in the Kaanapali area. Much more relaxed then our times in Kihei. Communication with property manager/owner was excellent. We would stay here and this area again.

Location, location, location!

This gem is wonderful- and should Canada remain a sovereign friend and ally of the USA, we will return! Hopefully every year… but until then ;) Staying here feels more grassroots, local, shaded front and accessible to car rental, groceries, budget restaurants

Love staying at the Mahana. Best view of the ocean — right on the water. Gorgeous sunsets. Saw whales, dolphins, and turtles from the lanai. Used the hot tub like we usually do - but it was more crowded than usual this time of year. The bed in 302 was soooo comfortable. There’s a cooler, 2 beach chairs, sand mat. Everything in working order. There was a dish sponge and couple small single use bags of coffee. This is one of the plainer units I’ve stayed in at Mahana, but still very very nice. The lanai is at the level of the tops of the palm trees, which obstructs the view a little bit, but it’s certainly not a problem at all. I now realize that I prefer 4th/5th floors the best. Host communication was excellent!

This is a wonderful oceanfront condo that is well stocked and the location is fantastic. Saw whales, turtles, and a Hawaiian monk seal from our lanai! Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Mahana! The view was to die for and the sound of the waves crashing were even more heavenly than the view. We were in town from Kennett Square Pa to volunteer for Maui Rapid response at Honokowai park. It was the perfect location to walk to the park each day and feel grounded in the area. The pool and hot tiub and long walks to Whalers village were a perfect morning or evening activity. We will be back!

Loved the unit.

The unit was beautiful and the ocean view was too. No issues and the property manager stayed in contact to make sure everything went well. The only thing that needed attention wa the floor coul have been cleaned better. Pool is great. The beach is small but you can layout in the beach chairs on the grass. Great location for activities on the island west side Not a good location when when yraveling to hana or the volcano

Breath taking view

Condo / studio was perfect for my sister and myself it had a king size bed , it was very comfortable . We had two issues that were all addressed right away . If you want the perfect place to watch the beautiful Maui sunsets this is the place ! Our beach is not good for swimming lots of rocks and coral reefs but we had gate access to our neighboring Hotel Honua Kai so we just went and hang out on that side of the beach .. I totally recommend our hotel Aston Mahana ..

Piece of Paradise

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. The complex is nice and well maintained. Walking distance to shops, food trucks, restaurants, and grocery store. It sits right on the beach. The view is amazing. Beautiful sunsets. We stayed a couple weeks at the beginning of April and saw numerous whales, dolphins, and resident turtles from our lanai. We could have sat out there forever. Don’t forget your binoculars. The studio condo has everything you need. It was nice to have a cooler to take for a day on the beach or for the car. Beach chairs were also convenient. You can rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, and flotation belts within walking distance. Communication with MPP was easy and responsive. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We will treasure the memories.
