家具付きの快適なビーチコンドミニアム。 ビーチまでは至近距離です。 屋外シャワーと1つの駐車場 低層コンドミニアムに囲まれた静かな通りにあります。コーヒーやハッピーアワーに最適な2つのデッキ！ 町のど真ん中にあるので、OCのどこにでも行けます。

洗濯機/乾燥機はユニット内にあります、

タオルとシーツをご持参ください。 毛布や枕があります。 ビーチチェアもご持参ください。

マスターベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあります。
セカンドベッドルームにはフルベッドがあります。
サードベッドルームにはツインベッド2台があります。
一人のコーチがフルベッドに引っ張り出します。
シャワー付き浴室2室、浴槽なし。

ペットやプールはごめんなさい。 建物の横にあるすてきな屋外シャワーがあります。

それは非常に便利で、いくつかのミッドタウンショップやレストランへも歩いて行けます。 BJ、ロープウォーク、そしてボーリング場にとても近い！ 徒歩圏内に他の素晴らしいレストランやバーがたくさん。 遊歩道、ノースサイドパーク、たくさんのパットパットゴルフ、そして他にもたくさんの楽しいアクティビティがあります。 同じブロックに医療センターもあります。

Great spot!

Great condo! Perfectly located on the beach. Owner was super accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Definitely would stay again! The room has everything you could possible need for a great beach stay!

Blended family vacation

Very cute, clean condo that is close to the beach and walking distance to a lot of activities, restaurants and convenience stores. Would stay here again if/when we do another beach vacation.

Great Getaway!

Awesome place. The condo was clean, well decorated and was stocked with essentials in kitchen and bath. Great being close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We would would definitely stay there again.

Easy beach access & hassle free stay

I rented this space for a vacation with my 2 young children. The location was ideal for easy access to the beach and trips back to the condo for snacks/potty breaks. The space was large enough to host another friend for a few nights in their own room as well. We had everything needed to cook dinners in a few nights, and keep our mess to minimum using the handy cordless vacuum. I contacted the owner a few times directly and she was responsive and courteous. Neighbors were pleasant. Overall a very nice stay.

Very happy with our stay!

We were happy with the location of the property...just steps from the beach! We have a family of five and it was plenty of room for us. The boys (ages 6 and 10) shared the room with the twin beds and the 13 year old had her own room with the full-sized bed. The master bedroom was perfect for us especially because it has its own bathroom. Lovely front and back decks. Kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you need for cooking. Location of property was within walking distance to a few restaurants...otherwise it’s just a short drive to all OC hangouts!

Nice place

Overall, a nice place to stay that is very close to the beach. The house was clean and well maintained. Just a little small for our family. The manager is very responsive to any issues.

Great time

This place was very clean and close to the beach. We were a group of adults staying and it was very nice. We had plenty of room. It is located in a great place to go out at night too. I would stay there again for sure.

Convient to the beach

Close to the beach but far enough away so the grandkids wouldn't go off by themselves. A little smaller than the photos show but still comfortable enough for us. Liked the quiet of being away from the boardwalk,, the beach was not crowded. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great Ocean City Condo

The condo is in a great location, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would come back! It is a great location for families. You can leave the condo and be on the beach in minutes.

Rita was a great host and accommodating. Her home was absolutely lovely and was just prefect for the family. The beach was very close to the condo and neighbors were friendly! The beach down the street was family oriented which was nice. The grocery store was close, great location! I would return to stay again!
