Upon check-in, you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on tourist rentals.

Late check-in fee:

- €50.00 between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM

Please note that for long-term reservations (over 29 nights), you must sign the rental and service agreement and provide your Italian tax code upon check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in a €200 penalty.

Pets are not allowed. If the apartment you selected is pet-friendly, entry is upon request. Please note that a cleaning fee and a €200 security deposit are required for any damages. COT: €30.00 per stay, upon request.
