Warmly welcome and Victoria was so helpful. Quite and spectaclar location. The House is best equiped for bigger groups. Big Garden with different Levels. The Location is very suitable for dogs. Very good base for endeavor Florence. We will definately come back.

Nous avons adoré la villa!!! Nous étions 6 ( avec 2 enfants), et tout est tel que décrit. Dès la réservation, Vittoria est disponible pour toute question. La piscine aide beaucoup à combattre la chaleur de l’Italie et la vie est imprenable!! Impruneta est à 5 min en voiture et on y retrouve tout le nécessaire. Nous avons passé un séjour tranquille à la Toscane!! Merci Vittoria!! et

Tuscan Hills Loveliness

We came. We saw. We cooked! We ate. It was awesome. Beautiful views over the hills to the south towards Siena. Saw some warm air balloons rising to the village to the southeast. Vittoria is a gracious host and her English is impeccable. Loved Impruneta and it’s relationship to Florence (about 17 km to the north). The 3 bedrooms worked well for us. I highly recommend this house for a bucolic getaway in the prettiest area in Italy.

Lovely villa

Pool was great, with glorious views. Impruneta a pretty little town. Air con made sleeping easy. Host lovely. I guess the only thing is that you can’t really walk into Impruneta. Good Villa for a family.

Tuscan Family Adventure.

Vittoria and Marco were perfect hosts and very helpful during the stay. The house is ideal for a group or family holiday in Chianti. Impruneta is quieter than other more touristy towns so we enjoyed feeling part of the local area. We had a local cooking school come to the Villa for a days lesson which was fantastic. The pool was ideal for relaxing in after exploring the area. Definitely need a car to get the most out of the area.

Don't Miss This Experience, Perfection!

Everything about this property is awesome! Vittoria was the most amazing host - she made reservations for us, gave us great recommendations and was always there. The property is perfect - we wanted a spot away from the hustle and bustle, but close to many hill towns and it didn't disappoint. Pool time after a day of exploring was absolutely perfect. Loved our week, just want to go back!

Tuscany at its best

It was a pleasure to visit the accommodation from Vittoria. We all enjoyed the house, garden and pool. It is really nice located and only a few minutes to good restaurants, vinery or olivery. Also the short way to Florence is super for a city trip. Thanks a lot for having us.

La maison idéal!

It is a very well located property. In less than half an hour you are in the center of Firenze, forty-five minutes for San Gimignano and an hour for Sienna. In the area you can cycle, play golf and tennis. The cottage is ideally located, not so far from good roads and yet in a very quiet and beautiful area. The Chiantie region is beautiful! The cottage itself is top notch, with a beautiful garden and a nice pool. The house has air conditioning which is definitely a must in this region! The welcome is warm! It is highly recommended! C'est une propriété très bien située. En moins d'une demi-heure, vous êtes au centre de Florence, 45 minutes pour San Gimignano et une heure pour Sienne. Dans la région, vous pouvez faire du vélo, jouer au golf et au tennis. Le chalet est idéalement situé, pas si loin des bonnes routes et pourtant dans un quartier très calme et magnifique. La région de Chiantie est magnifique ! Le chalet lui-même est de premier ordre, avec un beau jardin et une belle piscine. La maison dispose de la climatisation ce qui est définitivement un must dans cette région! L'accueil est chaleureux ! C'est fortement recommandé ! Het is een zeer goed gelegen woning. Op een klein halfuurtje ben je in het centrum van Firenze, vijfenveertig minuten voor San Gimignano en een uurtje voor Sienna. In de buurt kan je fietsen, golven en tennissen. Het huisje is ideaal gelegen, niet zo ver van goede verbidingswegen en toch in een zeer rustige en prachtige omgeving. De chiantie streek is prachtig! Ook het huisje zelf is top, met een mooie tuin en een leuk zwembad. Het huis beschikt over airco wat in deze streek zeker een must is! De ontvangst is hartelijk! Het is een echte aanrader!

Beautiful views and excellent location

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The views were amazing, the swimming pool a great (albeit chilly) treat for our kids, and the town of Impruneta is a real gem. It is a town for locals so the restaurants & bars are not at all touristy. The house is lovely and has a real authentic feel to it. We spent a lot of time relaxing there with our children and usually left for excursions only when it was late morning. Location wise, it was nice and easy to get to Florence (12km) and has great access to the nearby Chianti region. Trips down south to Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra did take an hour or so, but the Tuscan countryside is always beautiful and the final destinations never failed to make each day a real treat. Vittoria was a lovely host and was always ready to answer questions and provide help with any questions. She has excellent suggestions for restaurants, guided tours (she herself can do this if you like), and knowledge of the local region and vineyards. We loved our stay and will return again soon.

Wonderful place to visit and live in for a while

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the house. It is beautiful and cozy, and very welcoming. We used the pool daily, my kids 7 and 11 years old, went for a morning swim as soon as they woke up everyday and after exploring the region and cities (Siena, Florence, towns in between) all day long returned to it to play in the water for hours in the evenings. The views from the pool and the little sitting areas provided were spectacular. The house is situated a little out of the main town square which we visited for morning cappuccino and dinner daily. The town itself is a gem and a great place to walk around, shop at the supermarket and chat with the local friendly people. We really had a hard time leaving on our last day.... One very important thing to also mention is that the house is very close to Florence, only about a 20 minute very, very easy drive from it, and we took advantage of the proximity to visit the city as much as we could. Florence is very beautiful and worth visiting as much as it's humanely possible if you stay at this home, there is so much to learn and explore there, the convenience to go there is just unbeatable... Vittoria and Marco were the sweetest hosts and were very accommodating. They provided us with tour guide contact who we hired and learned an incredible deal of information about the history in Florence from. We highly recommend that you use the Vittoria and Marco's knowledge and contacts to gain such experiences too! We did not need anything in the house because everything essential was provided for us. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was fun to cook in the house once in a while and feel like we live there for a little bit. We definitely will visit there again hopefully for a longer time. Thank you Vittoria and Marco for everything! We wish you all the best!!! The Colemans :)

Abgelegen, trotzdem nicht wirklich ruhig

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern prinzipiell einen schönen Urlaub verlebt. Das Objekt ist ideal für 5 Personen. Leider gibt es am Pool nur zwei Liegen. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen. Das war uns sehr wichtig um Ruhe zu finden. Leider begannen jeden Morgen selbst sonntags ab sieben Uhr Mäharbeiten in der Ölplantage um das Haus herum und andere Arbeiten mit tuckernden Traktoren, so dass an Ausschlafen nicht zu denken war. Das kann natürlich die freundliche Vermieterin, die gleich nebenan wohnt nicht beeinflussen.

Beautiful Home / Great Stay

We had the pleasure to stay at this home for 4 nights. It was beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful pool that our teenage daughters really loved. The setting is up in the hills with great views, outside of a small town of Impruneta which has a great pizza restaurant and grocery store. It was the perfect place to stay for us, allowing day trips to Lucca, Sienna, Pisa, and Florence. A rental car is a must to stay here, and the roads are pretty easy to navigate (with GPS). The weather was very hot on our stay. The home has two air conditioning units that worked well, however the upstairs didn't cool down as well, so our daughters ended up sleeping on the couches down stairs, which was okay for them. Overall, I would highly recommend this home. We had a great time, and Vittoria the owner was great at communicating , and very sweet taking the time to show us everything. Thumbs up!

Lovely time!!

We loved our visit enjoying the pool and the house amenities. It was during a heat wave so the upstairs bedrooms were a bit warm but doable. The drive to Florence was quick and incredible views. Vittoria provided winery recommendations and that day was incredible. Perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany!

Family vacation

The property and home are absolutely gorgeous. The pictures really do not do it justice. I stayed here for five days with my husband, 2 children and grandmother. The home is very spacious and everyone had plenty of room. The pool has an amazing view of the Tuscan hills and was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. It is a wonderful location. It is easy to be in Siena or Florence for the day or to wander around the Tuscan countryside. Vittoria was a wonderful host. It was a perfect vacation. I highly recommend her home.

Wonderful Stay in Tuscany

Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay at this villa in Impruneta. It is located in a great area that allows easy access to Florence while feeling that you are in the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself is very nice and spacious. The owners live nearby, communicated very well with our family and went out of their way to ensure that we had the privacy that we wanted. The pool and view were lovely. Kitchen was very functional and the owners recommended a fantastic chef who joined our family one night to create an amazing dinner...very fun.

Charming villa with a lovely pool

We were a family with teenage children. The villa was well appointed and Vittoria could not be more helpful, from arranging trips to booking restaurants. The pool was the best thing about the villa as far as the children were concerned. It is close enough to drive into Impruneta but also further afield as Pisa and Florence are both in easy reach. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Beautiful house with a great view

We had a great week at Vittoria's house. We used it as a central location to tour around to all of the areas of Tuscany. The house is only about 20 mins outside of Florence for easy in and out of the city. The house is very nice with spectacular views from the upstairs bedroom and pool. The area is very quiet. Vittoria provided great tips for local restaurants and other services. Would highly recommend if you would like to be close to Florence but still in the country.

Perfectly located to enjoy the greater Florence area

Despite cold and rainy weather in May we enjoyed this nice Italian house including the spacious garden located in easy reach for many of the hot spots you would like to visit when being in Tuscany. Highlights are the location of the house just in close vicinity to the small centre of Impruneta, the gorgeous views from the house and garden and the lovely hosts Vittoria and Marco. Super séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco Et Vittoria. Toujours disponibles et d'une grande gentillesse . La maison est très bien située , elle permet de partir visiter la Toscane , Elle est non loin de Florence Et De très beaux villages (Volterra, San Gimignano...) . Elle est grande et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une semaine de vacances. Cuisine très bien équipée , bonne literie , nous avons très bien dormi. Tout était parfait je recommanderais cette location Merci !!!

Fantastic Vacation

What an amazing two weeks we spent at Casa Il Fienile. The wonderful hosts and owners Vittoria and Marco were friendly and helpful the whole time. The home is clean and inviting. Large well equipped kitchen. Three large bedrooms. Very nice grounds along with a beautiful pool and an amazing view. We enjoyed days just reading a book and having a swim. As well as days out exploring all of Tuscany. Casa Il Fienile is really in a perfect location to see anything in Tuscany. We would be happy to come back here and strongly recommend this place to everyone

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ca. 15 km südlich von Florenz. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr nette Vermieterin, auch wenn die Erstübergabe nicht so wie vereinbart geklappt hat. Dafür war die Rückgabe unproblematisch. Ideal für 4 Personen. Das Haus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, nach Siena oder Pisa ist es eine gute Stunde, in die City von Florenz ca 30 Minuten. Sehr gepflegtes Haus, trotzdem hatten wir einige Insekten im Haus. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

This property practically sums up all one wants from a holiday. Beautiful, well-maintained, extremely high standards, clean, excellent customer service. It is twenty minutes away from Firenze, and yet immersed in beautiful countryside with breathtaking views. It is equally suitable for those who want a restful holiday, as well as for those who want to go around to discover the area, or even enjoy outdoor activities. Casa il Fienile - Wonderful place to stay!

We've stayed at Casa il Fienile with 2 couples with kids in the age of 0-2. It really is a beautiful home with a large garden and swimming pool with a great view over tuscan mountains. The house has everything you will need, from 2 bathrooms, to a fully equiped kitchen and sufficient room for 2 or 3 couples. Also, it was very well cleaned and maintainanced. The location is great, Firenze is only 15 minutes away, and all great things Tuscany has to offer is within an hour drive (San Gimignano, Sienna, Luca and so on). Vittoria, the owner, will make sure you will have everything you need to make your holiday to a great memory. We would most definitely recommend this home to friends and family and whenever we would like to return to Tuscany, we would certainly consider Casa il Fienile!
