Welcome to 8T1 by AlgarveManta, a charming refuge located in the stunning Manta Rota, right by the sea! This 78m² apartment is perfect for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and fully equipped stay in the Algarve.



The space offers a spacious room with a comfortable double bed, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. The accommodation has a complete bathroom with a bathtub, providing moments of relaxation after a beach day. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.



The living area is air-conditioned throughout the accommodation, ensuring comfort in any season. A small 11m² balcony allows pleasant moments outdoors, where you can enjoy a breakfast or a cocktail at sunset. It also has a covered private parking space in the same building.



Located just 100 meters from Manta Rota Beach, this apartment is a true paradise for sea lovers. Winter Escape

Nicely laid out, pretty much everything I needed was there. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleaning ladies who came on a weekly bases to change the linens, clean the bathroom and vacuum and mop the floors... Loved parking my car in the garage under the building. The cork screw is worthless. It needs to be tossed and replaced by a more sturdy one.

Good Location, but needs some repairs.

Location close to the beach. Good air conditioning. The owner of this unit needs to invest some money into maintaining items that don’t work. Reviews from 3 years ago mention that the sliding doors and shutters cannot be locked. This still has not been fixed and is a major security issue for a ground floor apartment. The TV cannot be powered on or off using the remote and requires you to use a tiny button on the back of the TV. One of the dining room chairs is broken. Windows over the tub are secured with a piece of wood. It would have been nice if I had been able to use the underground parking and the onsite pool. Also, contact from Algarve Manta to check if everything was okay would have been appreciated.

A localização do imóvel é um grande ponto positivo. Possuir estacionamento, mesmo apertado e nada oratico em termos de manobra, é importante oara quem pretende ter o seu veículo protegido. O apartamento é um.pouco desconfortável devido à decoração existente, bem como aidade dos móveis existentes. Mudando a posição dos móveis existentes, a estadia à noite no imóvel, seria mais agradável. As portadas das janelas deviam de ser rectificadas, pois muitas nao fecham nem permitem que as janelas estejam abertas, considerando que é um res do chão.

Semana de relaxe

Excelente localização, muito próximo de tudo que há na Praia da Manta Rota (5 min a pé da rua principal), local muito sossegado e tranquilo, numa rua sem saída e praticamente sem movimento. A ampla piscina é partilhada pelo condomínio mas esteve sempre praticamente sem ninguém, pelo menos na altura que estivemos (08 a 15 de junho). Recomendo vivamente.

Excelente localização, perto da praia, supermercado, restaurantes, cafés. Ótima piscina. Condomínio calmo. Portadas e janelas emperradas, e difíceis de abrir e fechar.

Semana bem passada e tranquila

Próximo do centro manta rota e praia, equipamento cozinha muito completo, piscina com áreas dasafogadas, casa fresca e estacionamento livre. Janelas e algumas portadas com trincos avariados, cortinado da sala muito transparente para barrar luz, inexistência de Wi-Fi que faz falta em alguns momentos do dia.

A nice view on the ocean!

A nice and quiet place in wintertime with a view on the trees and the Atlantic. In 5 minutes time you are on the beach. The appartement is comfortabel. The kitchen equipment like small pots and pans, good knives and plates. Reparation of the terracedoors and windows is advisabel.

Maravilhoso! O sítio perfeito para descansar!

A localização é excelente, muito próximo da praia e do centro, não havendo necessidade de deslocações com carro! O apartamento é recente e com todas as comodidades! O poder usufruir da piscina é fantástico naqueles dias em que o vento não nos deixa usufruir da praia! O menos positivo foi o colchão da cama ser , a meu ver, demasiado duro!
