Best location ever!

Just got back from our vacation with family in Galveston. What a beautiful, historic city! This house is so well located right in the middle of historic houses, only a couple of blocks from the sea wall, close to great restaurants and things to do! Communication with the hosts was always fast and easy! Highly recommend! :)

Close walk to the beach. Lots of room in the house. We had two families stay there and it worked out great. Definitely would come back and stay at this property!

Lovely Home for a Galveston Getaway

This property has a beautiful, huge front lawn. Gorgeous soft grass! We loved the upstairs seating area. We used it as a gaming table. Nice, comfy couch downstairs with a good amount of seating. The location is perfect, and just a couple of blocks from the beach and Murdoch's! Host responded to all my questions quickly! I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house & great location

Property was exactly as described and perfect for our family! Dog loved the big yard and it’s only a couple of blocks from the beach. Parking was plentiful and easy!

We were there for a short time, but it was nice for our extended family. Our boys enjoyed the bunk beds. Due to it being a tourney weekend on the beach we drove to get around no walking for us, yet the Pier is close. We did like the fact it was in between the Pier and Downtown.

Cute Beach House, Would Recommend!

Cute house with plenty of room for a large family, and within walking distance of the beach. Easy and quick communication with the host. Though it is possible to park a large vehicle through the back gate in the alley, it's a tight fit - street parking is easy and safe. Would recommend staying here!

Great house and location

The house was great for our group. My family of five stayed upstairs and the grandparents remained downstairs. Great location and close to everything we needed and visited. Owner was very responsive to our needs when issues arose and stayed in communication throughout our trip.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable

The host was very responsive. The home sits back off of the street with a beautiful lawn in front so street noises were not an issue and yet the place is very convenient to the Seawall and all it has to offer. It’s closeness to The Galvez was a plus to navigate both walking & driving. The home is clean and the beds and linen’s comfortable. The Wi-Fi & electronics worked perfectly as well as the kitchen equipment. The cupboards held everything we needed. Street parking was safe- unless you have a small car, do not try to park inside the gate off the alley. Also, don’t park in the alley behind the home except to load/unload. We will go back to this home - we had plenty of room for six adults (1 bedroom had two sets of bunk beds so we could have had more kids or adults).

Excellent Vacation Rental!

We went to Galveston to celebrate the end of summer and my brother's birthday. This house was perfect for our stay. Love the decorations. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The proximity to the beach is a HUGE plus! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Close to where you want to go

Big place with tons of room, kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook with, large back yard to play lawn darts, corn hole or just to let the kids play and run wild. I will say that the furniture really needs updating to include the bed down stairs. Also wasn’t a fan of the week plumbing and the sign above the toilet saying not to flush the toilet paper. Overall a good stay for the two nights we were there waiting to get on our cruise.
