This home is a luxury accommodation designed by a famous Venetian architect. The large terrace is magnificent. Breakfast, lunch, aperitif… It will be difficult to leave the house!



Interiors are pleasant as well, the wide living room with comfortable sofas and the cosy bed rooms will make you feel at home. Wood-beamed ceilings in each room.



Easy connected to the airport and bus/train station, the apartment has a great location: a quiet area close to the main sights and nice local restaurants with good ratio quality/price..

The apartment is on the third floor of delightfully renovated ancient building. Walking the marble stairs will be a pleasure for their historical beauty.



The home is arranged on two floors:



– on the first floor, there is the large comfortable double bedroom with a king size bed and the first bathroom (bath tub and shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and mirror).



– on the second floor there is the wide living room with a double sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, the terrace, the single room and the second bathroom (bath tub and shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and mirror).



In the kitchen you will find basic necessities to start cooking (oil, vinegar, salt and spices) and for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, etc).



Air conditioning, heating and free wifi are provided all around the apartment!



LOCATION :



The apartment is located in the district of Cannaregio. More precisely it is situated in Fondamenta Moro, a quiet street along a suggestive canal, well known for the good typical restaurants of the area and beautiful landscapes.



Cannaregio is one of six sestieri or districts of Venice. Between the lagoon and the Grand Canal, it is the less touristy and more populated area of the city. It’s a place to enjoy small, tantalising vignettes of everyday Venetian life. Interesting historical sights are here: the Jewish area (the first ghetto), the fourteenth century church Madonna dell’Orto, the awesome fifteenth-century palace Ca’ D’Oro and much more.



CONNECTIONS :



The apartment is easy reachable by the airport, train station and Piazzale Roma (bus/parking lots). The closeness to different waterbus stops will make your discover of Venice easy. In fact, in few minutes you can reach on foot the Grand Canal and take a cruise along this amazing waterway, enjoying churches, historical buildings and breathtaking colours.

Staying at this property greatly enhanced our vacation

Perfect location for providing the atmosphere we hoped for in our first trip to Venice. The proximity of Misericordia provided great places to explore for dining and a legitimate backdrop of everyday Venice. Well stocked apartment. Easy access to different waterbus stops that allowed for heading out in whichever direction we decided. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and the views it afforded.

Nice apartment down a quiet street with a private terrace but five minutes walk from restaurants etc. Not far from vaparetto stops too..lovely stay.

Lovely stay in Cannaregio

We had a beautiful stay at this convenient and gracious apartment. Everything was super clean. We were greeted by the concierge Salvatore on our arrival. We had excellent communication with the hosts Agatha and Andrea ahead of time.

Great Neighborhood

Really loved our time in Venice in large part because we opted to stay slightly removed from the chaos of the Grand Canal. This property was great in terms of walkability. We were close to less busy restaurant areas and a 20 min walk from the touristy areas that everyone needs to see. Outdoor space was extremely nice and larger than it looks in listing photos.

Excellent spot for visiting Venezia

Perfect spot off a quite street but less than a 5 minutes walk to one of the main shopping streets which runs from the train station to Saint Marks Basilica. The only thing that marded our trip was a misunderstanding with a watertaxi which we booked and did not turn up until very late, by which time we had started to find other arrangements.

Exceeded our expectations!

Just returned from 6 days in Venice and absolutely loved this apartment! I’m in my 50s and traveled alone with my kids who are in their early 20s. First of all safety is huge for us when traveling & having to pass through a few locked doors before entering our private apartment was a big plus. Venice is an extremely safe place yet this made me able to relax and sleep well. The directions both from the airport and to the apartment were very helpful & our host was very gracious with any requests we had. The neighborhood where it is located is very quiet and away from the area of the train station & many hotels. While we enjoyed seeing the more touristy places it was a pleasure to be located away from the crowds! At the same time it is a very short walk to the grocery store and to quaint places to have dinner. The apartment was really big and allowed us to all have our own space to sleep and unwind after our days adventures. I would definitely stay here again!

Just fabulous

Highly recommend this fabulous apartment. It had everything we needed for a family of 4 with teenagers. Located in a quiet area of Cannaregio, there were nonetheless great restaurants and bars just round the corner, and just a short walk to busier areas. Easy for the Alilaguna from the airport too. The meet and greet worked a dream. Everything we'd hope for in a short break.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ca Moro wieder sehr genossen

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder wie im letzten Jahr wunderschön. Das Wetter war super, so dass wir nach ereignisreichen Touren durch die Stadt und die Lagune die tolle Dachterrasse umso mehr genießen konnten. Sauberkeit der Wohnung, Einrichtung etc., alles prima. Wir waren in diesem Jahr allerdings nicht ganz zufrieden mir dem Service, der leider nicht durch Agata und Andrea wahrgenommen werden konnte. Das ganze Prozedere um die Schlüsselübergabe war umständlich, man wusste beim Chatten mit der „Ersatzagentur“ nie, mit wem man sich gerade unterhielt, wir hatten keinen namentlichen Ansprechpartner. Für unseren Rückreisetag hatten wir ein Wassertaxi bestellt. Leider bekamen wir keine Rückmeldung hinsichtlich des Abholortes durch das Wassertaxi, so dass ich am Nachmittag vor unserer Abreise noch einmal nachfragen musste. Man hatte vergessen, uns zu informieren. Dennoch 5 Punkte für unseren Aufenthalt im Ca Moro und Vendig, denn der war ja wirklich sehr schön.

Schöne Terrasse in Venedig

Eine schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lauflage zu Restaurants und Supermärkten, alles gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ein großes minus ist die Behauptung, drei Schlafzimmer zu haben. Es sind zwei, davon eins mit einem Doppelbett und eins mit einem Einzelbett. Die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit ist im Wohnzimmer die Schlaf Couch

Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, zur Begrüßung gab es Mineralwasser und eine Flasche Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Traumhafte, sonnige Dachterrasse. Einziges Manko waren die Bauarbeiten am Dach, die auch am Samstag stattfanden. Die Bauarbeiter waren zwar sehr nett, aber wir hatten auf der Terrasse kaum Privacy. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es schöne Restaurants, Cafés und Weinbars sowie die Shoppingmeile Strada Nova, mit aber diversen sehr guten Geschäften. Das Apartment liegt dennoch sehr ruhig.Der Kontakt, die ganze Abwicklung und der Empfang im Apartment durch Andrea bzw. Agata verlief super. Da alles für uns o.k. war und wir Venedig ziemlich gut kennen, war eine weitere Kontaktaufnahme während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nötig. Wie haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen, vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr, auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank an Andrea und Agata und liebe Grüße aus Berlin von Rina und Simone

glitzernd und kostbar, wie die Stadt selbst

Die Wohnung liegt und ist perfekt. Keine weiten Anreisewege mit den Koffern, eine traumhafte Terrasse und es alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenhalt braucht. Sie ist unglaublich sauber und Andrea sowie Agata stehen bei jeglichen Fragen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Wenn man könnte, würde man dort ewig verweilen :)
