This flat is in a convenient place, close to bus stops & tube. However, the flat is 2 floors - 1 bed and bath upon entering, and a narrow spiral staircase to get to the 2nd bed & bath, main room and kitchen. The staircase was not mentioned anywhere in the description. We had trouble getting suitcases upstairs and down. If anyone older or with a disability were to rent this place, they would be out of luck. There is a lift to the 3rd floor, but again - NO mention of the stairs inside the flat. WiFi on the 1st floor did not work; neither did the coffee maker. The air conditioner also was not effective. We were lucky that the weather was cool while we were there. Also, the 2nd floor bath has a handheld sprayer but no mount on the wall. If it had, this could have been listed with 2 showers instead of 1 shower and 1 bath. This was an inconvenience again, because we had to go up & down stairs to shower. Good location, but I would not stay in this unit again.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry that the internal staircase and the layout of the flat caused difficulties during your stay. We offer more than 10 apartments in the same building, and the images are provided for guidance only, as some apartments do vary in layout and decor. Within our portfolio, some apartments are single level while others are duplex, and allocation is subject to availability at the point of arrival. I also apologise for the issues you encountered with the WiFi, coffee maker, and air conditioning. Our operations team have resolved all issues now and apologise again for any inconvenience to you. Your feedback regarding the handheld shower is also appreciated, and I am currently exploring options to improve the bathroom setup.
