Thank you for your feedback. We're excited to hear you enjoyed the location and furnishings the unit had to offer. Our properties are stocked with standard essentials, including kitchenware, bed linens, a starter supply of paper products for the first 24 hours, and basic cleaning tools. Due to current cleaning protocols, blankets are only provided for sleeper sofas. Beach towels and full cleaning supplies are not included, as guests often bring or purchase items based on their needs. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, most on-site amenities, such as poolside bars and/or restaurants, do not stay open for the entire week until Memorial Day weekend. Thankfully we have had a manager install a fresh new coffee maker, adjust the shower head in the master shower, correct the TV remote, and re-calibrate the door locking mechanism. You are correct, our cleaning procedures are heightened due to COVID19, and nothing should be missed in a professional cleaning!
