There is a limit to the maximum occupancy and it is limited to 12. Cars are limited to the number that can fit in the garage and driveway which is 4
Trash on Tuesdays and should be put out in the morning using the bear box container only--no cans outside of bear box. No street parking during snow.

The house was amazing and Jeff the property manager was incredibly helpful. The pool area with sauna, hot tub, steam shower, and pool was such a treat. The house is clean, appliances work well, and very spacious. I rented this for my bachelorette party and we had an absolute blast. About 15-20 min drive to the lake, but well worth the drive. We loved it!

Property was as described and we enjoyed our time there. Jeff the property manager made time to check us in and showed us the property and where the controls were for the house and pool room facilities. Everything worked as described and Jeff pointed out one or two things he is working to remedy. None of those things hampered our stay. We enjoyed our stay that we are looking to book again in the near future!

Great house big enough for 11 adults and 2 kids. No issues getting into the house easy code entry. Quiet neighborhood walkable and close to a creek. Easy drive to the lake. The pool area was a huge hit had so much fun for all ages. Only suggestion, better lounge chairs for the deck off the living room. Jeff was so nice and kept in communication with us for all our needs and questions.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a marvelous time, and we were very impressed with the care and attention to details to make this home a perfect place for our family reunion. We especially liked the quick and courteous response to our questions and requests during our stay. (Special thanks to Jeff for helping make our week magical.) Beautiful, clean home with great indoor pool!

My family and I had a great time. The home was just beautiful! It was clean and had all the amenities to make you feel at home. The indoor swimming pool was the added attraction and was loved and used by all!!

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly as described and fully functional. Our group of 9 adults enjoyed every amenity from the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower and pool table. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Recommended and well worth it. Thank you Jeff the property mgr for initial info and instructions.

Excellent Location

Great getaway

We had a group of 4 families and really wanted a house so we could all stay together. This house fit the bill as it was roomy enough so no one felts cramped and the indoor pool was great for everyone to enjoy. Really close to Sierra where we skied and Raleys for groceries. Our only wish was more restaurants that delivered in the area the property manager, Jeff was great. We thought we were coming in about an hour earlier than planned and Jeff was there waiting to walk us thru the house. We appreciated his quick response for anything we texted and overall really organized. We plan to stay again but in the summer time to avoid the weather issues.

It's just ok

I gave it an overall 3stars all around. It was just ok. The cleaners were still there cleaning at 4pm right when we got there for our check in. They were super nice and helpful though and you could tell they were great people! The house was just ok. A lot of stuff was broken and didn't work. The steam shower wasn't working and the hot tub people that were supposed to come before we arrived to clean never did.A lot of the kitchen stuff didn't work, stove didn't work properly, wasn't a lot of great kitchen stuff to cook with and the refrigerator wasn't very cold. The bear box was full when we arrived so there was no where to put trash. The down stairs bedrooms were FREEZING so we just double blanketed all the kids. The pool table tips were broken and the pool table felt was completely trashed. The pool sticks were ducted taped together. We had to go searching for towels, toilet paper and paper towels as they were not stocked. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms just hand soap. Location was good and close to town. Would not stay there again for the money but the kids had a great time.

Overall good stay but jacuzzi water was dirty and smelly

My family and I love this house. This is our third time staying there. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi water was dirty and really smelly this time around. We have never had any issues with the house.

Beautiful home in a picturesque setting among the trees

Great time celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family. Lots of space and the grandchildren loved swimming in the pool. Nestled in the woods, but close enough for dining and shopping. Lots of trails for walking.

Girls trip

We love the location, easy to get to the grocery store and other areas of interest such as golf courses, casinos, and good restaurants. The house was clean with the exception of the hot tub that needed to be serviced. Property manager said that it was to have been done the day we arrived, but that did not happen. They did come out and clean it while we were staying there. My primary complaint is that the dishwasher leaked and could not be used. We were told this when we checked in. I think this is something that could have been repaired prior to our visit. Also, only one burner of the stove worked. They did come out to check it out and to light the pilot light to the fireplace. They appeared to know that the stove also needs to be replaced. If you’re planning a large group where you want to stay in and cook, this may not be the place for you. The temperature of the house varied greatly. The upstairs bedrooms are warm while the basement bedrooms are freezing. We were there at the change of season so this may not be the case in the winter months. It was an average house for this price point.

Great property for a family getaway.

The good: great location, spacious house, nice amenities, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The not so good: property maintenance could be better. The air filter months past changing time. The bbq was caked with crusted fire extinguisher foam…this was pointed out to us during the property tour at check in. This was a bummer because we really wanted to bbq. The hot tub water smelled bad (probably needs to be changed and cleaned). We would return if issues are improved. Nice house overall.

Perfect family vacay!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of 9 with room to spare. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, spa & sauna! It was also cool to have the pool table. Wonderful Girls Weekend

We had an incredible stay in South Lake Tahoe for a girls weekend. The house was perfect for our needs as a bigger group including the parking in the garage options. The property managers Josh and Summer were fantastic! They were so communicative, helped us get checked in a little early and gave us a great welcome. Summer in particular was so helpful with the details about the house and neighborhood to ensure a great experience. They were awesome! We wished there was a bit more outdoor space for hanging out, but the inside was so perfect and we spent our days on the lake anyway so we ended up not minding much. Would definitely recommend this property for a big group!
