This apartment is perfect for a stay in Cabo Roig. It is a spacious 2 bedroom with everything you need for your stay.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay, just as advertised. Had a problem with the key on day one (we created the problem), and this was resolved within an hour by these guys. Ample towels to save on luggage space, clean and tidy and had everything we needed

Short Break

Nice apartment, well equipped with all utensils , nice area with plenty bars and restaurants. Great swimming pool and very clean all in all a good break.

Great Location

Great location and facilities, Sam was very helpful throughout the booking with information and help. Sally who welcomed us to the apartment was patient and helpful. Property was all that was promised and everything you required or needed was available. Would recommend and certainly use again in the future for any other visits.

Amazing!

Perfect location, quiet and homely. Really lovely apartment, clean, well air conditioned, spacious and comfortable. Wish there was a 2nd set of keys, we were 3 adults, parents and a young adult, she stayed out and we’d have to stay up to let her in through the gate every night. That was the only negative, everything else was really great! Thank you for a great stay!

Honest review

Pros: not bad location. It is not close to the sea but in decent walking distance of four beaches nearby. Excellent working routs. Swimming pool is clean and nice excellent. Close to all restorans Cons: It was wrong address and we came up to the number 12 on the same street how it was on the web site. I constantly contacted to the manager saying we are staying at the property gate but but nobody cared. I could not believe that manager didn't know that on the web site was number 12, but she just messaged where she stayed waiting for us saying name of restorans where she was. It was like a joke for me that somebody thinks that being in new place everybody should know all local restorans names. But of course stress helps and we managed to sort out to find where right place. We Flat's balcony stays on the roof top, so you are not able to see any view apart from walls. One bedroom is unbearably hot There is not enough

Disappointed

Hi, I’d love to be able to give you a great review for your apartment but unfortunately we was so disappointed.The location was great, but cleanliness ,facilities and communication with your key holder let it down.Before we arrived I’d messaged your key holder with all our flight info and heard nothing back, so was quite nervous waiting for her to arrive.During our stay I messaged about the tv not working without a PIN number,again no reply.I did speak to her later on as I had to ring and she knew nothing about it and said she would get back to me,she didn’t.I will send a screenshot of the messages as she never answered which to me being in another country and paying a lot of money is quite important to have good communication. The facilities as in the shower was very weak and when in use and an awful smell comes through the drains,your iron is black and has marked a dress I attempted to iron(I only skimmed one bit as I didn’t trust it) ,the tables and chairs outside are very dirty and stained which again my partner sat on one and has been left with stain on his shorts,the light outside does not work,1 broken clothes peg to hang washing.The cleanliness is bad,dirty cup in bathroom,dirty washing basket,hair in the bath when we arrived,outside on the terrace was very dirty,looks like dust and dirt just swept into the corners and the window sill was thick with dirt.I have taken photos of all of this which I will attach so you can see for yourself.We paid a cleaning fee€50!! ☹️

De belles vacances l appartement est bien situe proche de la mer et piscine parfaite.l accueil fut simple mais sally s est adaptée a notre retard.il y a des choses a revoir dont la climatisation du salon qui fuit a un certain moment .les poeles sont a changer elles accrochent et le micro onde etait sale (eclat de nourriture a l interieur).La chasse d eau se bloque il faut appuyer plusieurs fois pour qu'elle s'arrête.

Superbe appartement idéalement situé piscine gigantesque chaise et parasol a disposition juste

Je suis venu pour 2 semaine et au final je suis restée 1 mois l appartement et vraiment bien équipée climatisation dans la chambre a couché ainsi que le séjour la cuisine américaine dispose d une vrai hôte et d une fenêtre sur passio la plage est accessible à pied de nombreuse plage un cadre idyllique et standing remarquable ascenseur avec parking en sous sol écran full HD 60hz pour profiter d une console ,pour pc gamer c estais le top connexion très haut débit aucun problème de débit et la mer est fabuleuse on peut plongée direct dans l eau sans problème c est vraiment top je reviendrais à coup sûr

El emplazamiento idílico. Las instalaciones no estaban mal pero la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia (platos y cubiertos sucios, restos de comida....) Tampoco había conexión a Internet, a pesar de que el anuncio indicaba que sí había.
