This delightful two bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow is situated on this beautiful gated development, in a sort after location. It is just a five-minute walk from the back gate to the stunning Cala-Capitan beach, through a nature trail and dog walking path. A short walk to the marina and beach, Playa La Caleta. The shops bars and restaurants on the Cabo Roig strip are within easy walking distance, Approx 12 to 15 minutes. There is also a supermarket within easy walking distance for all your essentials, it's basically at the top of Calle Tramontana, turn right, again a short walk from the complex. La Zenia beach is further along from Cala Capitan beach along a picturesque coastal walk. All 3 beaches are connected by a beautiful coastal path, lovely for a late evening stroll, after a nice meal and drinks at Cabo Roig strip.

Perfect stay

Cute 2 bedrooms appartment close to thebeach in a lovely condo with swimming pool. The owner has been very attentive to our arrival and been very helpful with every information we needed. We will surely come back! Perfect place to rest and enjoy the lovely weather of the area.

Home from Home

Although small, it suited our needs perfectly and we will definitely be back. Ten minutes from the beach and close yo a local bar and supermarket with a fifteen minute walk to a choice of bars and restaurants. Perfect.

excellent location

Stayed here for a week in April, ideally located. short walk to the beach and the Strip (which my 17 year olds enjoyed). Apartment had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas etc. complex spotless and very quiet. Roz very helpful.

Wonderful Bungalow in quiet neighborhood

Wonderful Bungalow in quiet neighborhood for Alicante area. Great pool and lovely Veranda to enjoy warm Spanish weather. 2 superb Beaches 15 minutes walk away. Bars and restaurants 15 minutes walk away, they expectedly don't go much beyond Alicante quality. Buses also 15 minutes walk away. Overall a great location for a nice holiday week.

The bungalow is absolutely gorgeous and very modern . The beach is very close by .

This property suited our needs to the fullest. The bungalow is spotless clean with everything you need for your stay and the pool is only 10 steps from the front door such a great location aswell. Roz the host was such a lady no stone unturned I will definitely be back thanks for a great stay.

Amazing Beach Getaway

Spent a wonderful 6 days at this lovely cottage. It’s a small gated community with access to the beach, only a 7 minute walk. Very confortable and well appointed. Thank you David (the owner) and Roz, who was an excellent manager and available if we had any questions. ‘We highly recommend!

Excellent everything flawless from booking to holiday.

Fabulous bungalow great with everything you needed. Lovely gardens and pool area. In a great location and a short walk to Cala Capitan and La Zenia beaches and near to numerous restaurants. My daughter who stayed for a while enjoyed her runs along the coast path. Excellent communications from Mark the owner and also a warm welcome from Roz when we arrived. Also extremely helpful when our flight home was cancelled. Would definitely stay again. Came home feeling very relaxed.

February stay in Cabo Roig

This well stocked small villa provided a great base for Cala Capitan beach, coastal walks or the main “strip” for the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the strip. The short walk to the beach does require you to walk along a trail that a previous review found difficult - it is a bit like a cart track at certain points, so you do need to be steady on your feet - we carried the beach chair included in the Villa without any issues. There is also a supermarket close by that is within 5 minutes walk. The lovely pool on the complex provided a good place to sunbathe in the February sunshine, but the water wasn’t warm enough to entice us in.Overall a very enjoyable holiday.

1. Electric plug point safety cover in kitchen is coming away from wall exposing electric wires. ? Safety!2. Plug in wash hand basin could not be made to hold water; wet shaving was a trial.3. The double bed is hardly large enough for 2X adults of average size i.e. male 70Kg, & female 50Kg.

Vacation for two weeks

Everything you need to live was already there (knife, soap, electric devices...). The pool is super clean and the athmosphere between the neighbours is extraordinary calm. The service is very good => Our electricity went out and within 20 minutes everything was resolved. The whole surrounding area and the house was very neat. There is Wifi, Youtube and Netflix for free. When we arrived Roz had already bought a gallon of milk, some coffee and a 5 liter bottle of water. Thank you very much to Roz for the enjoyable service. All in one a perfect vacation.

Nous avons séjourné un mois dans cette location et nous en gardons une excellente expérience. La maison est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Les installations sont de grande qualité, la piscine magnifique et la mer à proximité immédiate. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et rend le séjour particulièrement confortable. La communication avec le propriétaire a également été irréprochable : réactif et toujours disponible, il a répondu rapidement à chacune de nos demandes. L’ensemble de l’environnement est idéal pour des vacances réussies. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
