Magnificent beachfront apartment in Carvajal, Fuengirola.
Very pleasant and completely renovated in a brilliant and tasteful style, following the excellent standard in modern classic Scandinavian style, together with a fantastic 180º sea view, making it one of the best apartments for rent in Fuengirola, with enough space for 6 people, divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to the terrace, with sea views.
This property was renovated to the highest standards. Modern furniture, soft lighting and elegant white and neutral tones make the place feel elegant and minimalist, and the terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor dinner. You will feel comfortable enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea.
Fully equipped modern kitchen. Directly from the kitchen you can reach the beautiful terrace.
The property includes a parking space for one car (no designated space, subject to availability).
The apartment enjoys a fantastic location near restaurants, bars, shops...
The beautiful Fuengirola is strategically located between two incredible cities along Spain's sunny coast, the city of Benalmádena and Marbella. Both within 10-20 minutes drive away.
The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
ADDITIONAL ADVICE
We cannot forget to mention the fantastic restaurants very close by that you can enjoy while staying in this property. We have Trocadero Benalmádena, a Marbella restaurant concept brought to Benalmádena, located in a privileged position by the sea with impressive sea views and sunsets. You can also enjoy in Carvajal the traditional Spanish fish restaurant "Los Marinos Paco", always highly nominated. And we cannot forget the 1 Michelin star restaurant, Sollo, at the Curion by Hilton hotel.

If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Our team will receive you personally and give you the instructions to access the property, so you can settle in comfortably at any time.

We have ecological products for apartment cleaning, which allows us to maintain a clean and comfortable space for you, whilst reducing environmental impact. We want your stay to be as sustainable and pleasant as possible, caring for both the environment and your wellbeing during your visit.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES
Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable order and cleanliness conditions. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
• Excessive general dirt in the property.
• Considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
• Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to read the property guide, which specifies the exact location of the street bins, and dispose of rubbish in the designated places before departure.
• Irreversible damage to towels and bedding caused by stains from makeup, tanning creams or other chemical products.
Community Services and Works: Our properties are part of residential communities and are subject to the coexistence rules and decisions of each owners' association. Therefore, the guest accepts that:
• We are not responsible if the advertised community services (swimming pool, heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, sports courts, etc.) are closed or have restricted access during their stay due to community decisions, maintenance work or local authority regulations.
