The gated complex is in an ideal location, close to the old town and harbours areas and the main seafront with ample roadside parking, should you decide to hire a car.



With two cozy twin bedrooms, including one boasting an en-suite bathroom, a generously proportioned lounge/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, this villa provides everything you need for a delightful stay. Outdoors, a barbecue and sheltered seating alcove await, creating the perfect ambiance for al fresco dining and unwinding. Descend a few steps to encounter your own private, enclosed, heated swimming pool and sun-drenched terrace.



Step into a welcoming living space adorned with plush sofas, an Internet TV, a state-of-the-art music system, and a DVD player. Large patio doors beckon you to the sun terrace, and for your comfort, there's coin-operated air conditioning. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and a convenient washing machine.



The first bedroom features twin beds, ample fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading to the terrace. Coin-operated air conditioning ensures a comfortable night's sleep.

The second bedroom boasts twin beds and fitted wardrobes.



Revel in the convenience of an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom includes an overhead shower for your bathing needs.

Please note that the villa is situated in an elevated location, and there are a few steps leading down to the pool area.



Maid Service

The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Bedding and towels, including beach / pool towels are supplied, but as this is a self-catering property, maid service is not provided.

Two sets of towels per guest will be in the villa on arrival and for guests staying for more than a week, these will be replaced at the end of the week. Bedding is also changed on a weekly basis.



Security

There is a safe for guests use.

Travel cots and highchairs can be arranged for 25€ per week.
