Beautiful property 15 mins from Essaouira

We had an amazing 3 nights at this property. It was sooo relaxing here! So much space and beautiful, inside and out. The owners were lovely and made us feel really welcome (particularly important when we didn't find the property straight away - Google maps took us a road too far... thankfully Kamal shared his location and we got there straight away, then!)Kamal also arranged for us to have our food prepared by a delightful local lady and both meals were delicious! (A tagine and a couscous meal) We also enjoyed wonderful, relaxing massages in the beautiful spa area - perfect!

Essaouira

We really enjoyed our stay at Kamal’s place. The property is beautiful and spacious. Everything was comfortable and clean. The place is around 20 minutes drive from Essaouira so a car is helpful. It is a wonderful calm oasis to come back to after a day sightseeing. Essaouira is a fantastic little place. The medina is full of amazing places to eat and drink and shop. You get a real flavour of Morocco. Qe would love to come back soon!

Perfect peaceful get-away right outside of Essaouira

This villa was a paradise for my family of four (kids 12 and 10) after days in the road in the desert and the southern coast. People were ready for down time and the beautiful, tranquil secluded property was perfect. We mostly cooked our own meals, hung out by the pool, read, played games and relaxed. The property is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable and clean and the villa is stocked with almost anything you could need. The owner and property manager were both very helpful and responsive. No issues whatsoever. Such a perfect stay!The two things to note: 1. Access to the property is off of an unsigned dirt road from R211, NOT as indicated on Google maps. 2. While there is a hammam on the property it needs to be booked and otherwise is locked and off-limits.Highly recommended. One of the best stays of our 5-week trip!

Nice property if a little basic

Property was ok, gardens were well kept and good to look at. There is another smaller property on the other side of the garden but it wasn’t habited during our stay. Inside property could have been cleaner as felt dusty. Very basic bedding and limited kitchen utensils. Would have been nice to have a few essentials available on arrival like dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder, bottled water etc. Property slightly hard to find entrance initially as it’s off a dirt track. Gardeners and cleaners were on-site most days from 8am which a bit of a nuisance. Plus on-site cats a nuisance too.

Emplacement loin de la ville et pas d’eau chaude

La maison est mignonne mais c’est loin de tout et l’emplacement de la maison sur Abritel est complètement faux. Les propriétaires ont été agressif au début quand on leur a dit que ça ne correspondait pas ils nous ont répondu que c’est une erreur de Abritel. En attendant c’était impossible de trouver un autre logement donc on était pris au piège. Quand même cher pour les prestations pratiquement jamais assez d’eau chaude pour 8 personnes . Point positif ils nous ont trouvé un voiture et un prise ne marchait pas ils nous ont donné rapidement un multiprise idem on a vaut plus de gas ils nous ont changé vite la bombonne. On ne reviendra pas .

Les manquements de cette belle maison...

La localisation de l'annonce sur la carte Abritel n'est pas correct. La maison se trouve à 10-12km de là!! On reçoit une localisation par whatsapp pour se rendre à la maison mais manque de précision et donc on tourne en rond pour trouver! Il n'y a aucun panneau/indication afin de trouver la maison, délicat pour la voiture. Le nom de la villa devrait au moins être renseigné sur la porte. Nous avons tourné 45 minutes alors que nous étions sur place... Le wifi a fonctionné le premier jour et après catastrophique, très très lent et inutilisable même pour emails ou travailler!! Nous avons réclamé directement et aucune solution n'a été apportée! Cela à vraiment tout gâcher. Le fusible électrique de la chambre sautait 3-4 fois la nuit/jour et donc plus d'airco!! Obliger de se relever pour remettre le fusible! On a signalé et aucune réaction!! Pas de climatisation dans 2 chambres (4 personnes), très chaud et difficile de dormir! La maison est bien mais tous ces dysfonctionnements ont vraiment rendu les choses moins agréable...dommage!

Superbe maison

Excellent sejour dans cette superbe maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits tres confortables. Lenvironnement est tres calme et reposant. Grand jardin avec beaucoup de verdure, parfaitement entretenu. Tres belle piscine nette et propre. Kamal a mit a notre disposition une cuisiniere suite a notre demande. Elle nous a préparé nos petits dejeuner beldi ainsi qu'un bon tajine le soir de notre arrivée . L'option de la cuisinière est tres pratique, surtout lorsque l'on sejourne avec des enfants Je recommande cette charmante maison. Depaysement et repos garantie !

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir haben im Oktober 23 11 Tage in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Villa hat einen grossen Garten, genügend Plätze innerhalb und ausserhalb um sich erholen zu können. Kamal der Gastgeber hat uns bei Fragen schnell und super weitergeholfen! Tres agreable sejour dans un tres joli cadre

Nous avons passe de tres agreable vacances, le logement est retranche ce qui permet de profiter du calme, bel agencement de la villa, nous avons egalement apprecie la piscine et le jardin bio auquel nous avons eu acces. Les sorties (commerces, plages, Essaouira centre…) necessitent la voiture.

Villa très agréable à ne pas hésiter

Ne vous fier pas à l’environnement, dés que le portail bleu est ouvert vous êtes dans un villa très agréable à l’abri du vent qui souffle à Essaouira à peine à 15mn. Belle propriété avec un grand jardin une belle piscine et un bâtiment salon de massage et un hammam. Un grand merci à Malik et à Majida pour leur accueil et un grand merci à Majida pour ces exceptionnels massages.

Une maison très jolie et calme

J’ai visité au Maroc pour la premiére fois avec mes amis et nous avons beaucoup la chance de trouver cette maison. C’est mieux que les photos — la piscine et le jardin sont fantastique et aussi les chambres sont grande et comfortable (merci a Halima pour nettoyage la maison aussi)! La maison est à 15-20 minutes de centre-ville du Essaouira mais les taxis ne sont pas trop chers. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes très mineurs avec l’électricité pendant notre visite, mais Kamal reponde a tout rapidement et as réparé. Je pense que Villa Dar Sultana est une très bonne place a rester en vacances si vous voulez visiter Essaouira ou Sidi Kaouki. Merci, Kamal! **** I visited Morocco with some friends for the first time and we were lucky enough to find Villa Dar Sultana. The villa is even better than the pictures — the pool and garden are fantastic and the bedrooms are very big and comfortable (many thanks to Halima who cleaned the property during our stay)! The villa is about 15-20 minutes from the center of Essaouira but the taxis weren’t too expensive. We did have a few very minor problems with the electricity but Kamal responded very quickly to our concerns and had all of the issues fixed. He is a very considerate host. This is a really great place to spend your vacation if you are visiting Essaouira or Sidi Kaouki.
