Comfortably sleeping up to six guests, the cottage is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a classic Cape Cod vacation. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living space with cathedral ceilings, coastal-inspired décor, and plenty of natural light. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom is conveniently accessible from both bedrooms, and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for a hassle-free arrival.

The property was clean and had everything we required for our few days on the cape. It was close to the beach and you can walk into town or take a short drive. It is a convenient spot for exploring the cape. The host is very easy to communicate with and check in/out was easy. Would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. Mid September was beautiful with minimal crowds. The place was cute, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Nicole was amazing with with communication. Would stay again.

This was our third summer at Breakwaters 4B and we had an excellent stay, as always. Nicole is responsive and ready to assist with any questions, and the property is clean and perfect for our family. Proximity to Keyes Beach is wonderful, and makes this property one of a kind. Highly recommended and we’re already looking forward to next summer!

Our family of 4 rented this property for a week in mid-September. The place was spotless, I was able to communicate with Nicole via text for booking, check-in and questions throughout the week. She was immediately responsive every time. The property is in a great location with a view of the water and truly is steps from the beach. The cottage is a little older but decorated modernly with all working kitchen amenities and 2 Roku TVs. We would recommend and return here again! We did call the cleaning service, who left their number, to bring fresh towels mid-week and they did!

Great location! We walked the beach in the morning and evening and sat by the pool in the afternoon while someone always seemed to be relaxing on the shady patio. It’s close to Main Street, too.Nicole was very prompt with communication, easy to work with. & we felt very welcome in her cozy seaside cottage. The unit was a nice size for 4 and everything worked fine. We would definitely book again.

Steve was awesome working with! Any questions or concerns I had he replied immediately! The cottage was right near a small beach, the pool was just wonderful as we went evey afternoon! The pool attendant was such a seeet girl! I woukd recommend anyone going to the cape to stay!!!

The cottage was cute, quaint, and clean. Steve, the owner, was communicative and kind, and he answered any questions we had quickly. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend outside the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Great location , clean and very comfortable. Steve was very responsive and helpful. Nice and quiet and beaches are close. It may be the winter but the sunrises and sunsets are still beautiful.

Our family loved Steve’s cottage. It was very clean, everything was well thought out. You can see the ocean from the property, and it is also very close to downtown. Steve is a great host and made everything very easy.

Our family has proudly called Cape Cod home for the past six years—and our love for this special place goes back even further. My husband was born and raised on the Cape, while I spent my childhood summers making memories in Yarmouth and Hyannis. Those summers sparked a lifelong love of Cape Cod, and we’re so grateful to now call it home.

We love every season New England has to offer—from sunny beach days and warm summer evenings to colorful autumns, peaceful winter walks along the shore, and the first signs of spring. We’re excited to share our favorite beaches, restaurants, local shops, and hidden gems so you can experience Cape Cod the way we do.

We hope you’ll feel at home here and create memories that bring you back year after year.
